How does Durga get to know everything from before hand?

how did she know that the police would be coming to mathur's house on that very day itself and what is more surprising there is only 1 or 2 servant and 1 guard in the house of a CEO. and all come out to witness the fight btwn the two milkmen leaving the house empty. the gates arent locked and anyone can come in and out.

also, at the party the girl was not planned by durga. if she had not come on time how would she discard the cold drink? and also didnt the waitor see her doing that?

(p.s. just stated my doubts with NO intention of criticizing)
