I am guessing that Aahil came for some land deal to punjab.

Maybe he wanted the dhaba land and anwar cheated sanam and got dhaba land to sell to aahil.

Alternatively, it could be revenge from aahil to break her wedding by giving money to anwar and taking over dhaba

but u know that makes sense too after seeing that Sanam had so much pride he maybe knew she would never give him the land so he decided to burn it down n use revenge as an excuse and then after seeing the Dhaba burnt down Anwar maybe saw that she was of no use to him anymore 😕
