Jyothi is basically pointing out that 'he never thinks of anything in a good way or he never thinks of any good thing'

Context - Angu suggested that Poo stayed there because she might feel guilty that MOM is suffering because of her
Mano denies that this is the case
And so Jyothi points out that he's always looking at the negative possibility.
