😆 I heard Mallya Sr. hired Deepu to introduce Sid around town as the next big thing in business...to me, Deeps and Sid look like friends...maybe its true because if it wasnt for Deeps no one would know who Sid was! 😆

Ranbir on his way out from Krishna Raj

Actor's bachelor pad on Hill Road is finally all done up and waiting for him to move in next week

Ranbir Kapoor is all set to move out of his family home. Buzz is, his new pad at Hill Road is ready and the 30-year old actor will shift out of Krishna Raj on Pali Hill next week. Ranbir had zeroed down on the apartment himself, after consulting a number of agents for an apartment located between Bandra and Juhu. He finalised the Hill Road property in 2012 and sources told this newspaper that he will occupy a full floor in the building. Though he has not moved in, the young actor often unwinds there with his close friends. A source revealed, "Bahut dinon se interior dcor ka kaam chal raha tha. Now, everything is complete and ready for Ranbir to move in."

With this new acquisition, have Ranbir and lady love Katrina Kaif decided to create a space of their own, err, a love nest? Rumours have been flying thick and fast that Ranbir's father Rishi Kapoor doesn't approve of his girlfriend's frequent trips to their home.

However, the source said, "Aisa kuch nahin hai. Ranbir is very close to his dad. He wanted his own space, and now that it is ready, he is shifting. But he will definitely be shuttling between the two homes, as and when he wants." Since 2011, talks of a renovating the Kapoor bungalow have been making headline, citing that Ranbir in particular was involved in the makeover which was to include a 70-seater mini theatre, a postproduction studio and a huge swimming pool. There were also rumours that Rishi had decided to transform his bungalow into a 14-storeyed building since he wanted to make space for his son's future family.

Despite the plan for renovation being ready, the grapevine is that it still hasn't been put into effect, as the governing body hasn't given them required permissions.
