Indian Cinema is crap. I mean they have produced good movies but some big hits like Dhoom 3, Ek Tha Tiger, Bodyguard, Jai Ho makes me wonder whats wrong with Indian Cinema.
Hollywood is quality. Films like these are made in hollywood but they appeal only to very limited audience but in India good films are for limited audience. For e.g. The Lunchbox, Manaroma Six Feet Under, Gulaal, etc.

I think Salman Khan will be the first one to go once Indians develop some taste.

But who are we to judge the taste of Indian cine-goers? According to the box-office collections, people love these so called "mindless entertainers" especially the Salman Khan starrers so I doubt the taste of Indian cine-goers will get "better" any time soon.

Akshay, Salman will have as much star power as Vin Diesel Adam Sandler etc. Not in the top tier. Aamir, Ajay and Ranbir will do well and might not do films like D3, APKGK, Bol Bacchan etc.
