Rani, she's a very powerful actress.
She owns every role she does and emotes so beautifully.
Her EYES are everything! They're so expressive and full of depth.

Kajol is a good actress too, but Rani in my opinion is a better actress. 😳 ❤️

Both are good but kajol for me. She excelled at what she did. Rani was good in banti aur babli, hum tum and excelled in black but kajol was great in all the movies she did. Her acting was more natural.

So I picked kajol but rani was good too

If we compare Rani's black to Kajol's Fanaa, both one of their best movies... I think Rani stole the show, as at as portraying a blind person... She felt real, Kajol did well too but her portrayal was a little filmy...

Kajol of course.

What has Rani done so far? All the time in easy roles from KKHH to KANK where as Kajol has done more variety of roles and even in those love stories, she had strong characters to perform. For Rani, All I hear is only Black which I have not watched neither want to watch .

Yeah kajol played blind girl in fanaa but I won't call fanaa her best performance. Her best performances were dushman, Gupt, hum aapke dil mein rehte hain and KKHH.

There was nothing similar in their roles other than both being blind. But the movies and roles were completely different. One was about a passionate love story and the other was about Blind girl seeing the promos. So, of course if the whole movie is about the girl and performance oriented role where the focus in on this main point, it will feel real. While, Fanaa's focus was not about being blind, but the tragic love story between Rehan and Zooni. Kajol did have strong performance oriented role, but it was not full about her. It was a love story equally about her and Aamir Khan and the main focus was their love story.

Rani is fantastic. Kajol is good in her usual roles but Rani is much more versatile. Who else could play a girl playing a guy so well. Her portrayal of a reluctant prostitute was just fabulous and her Black was one of the best performances of the decade

Kajol refuses to experiment like she did but she is such a natural actress. I love them both but Rani for me.
