If this isn't a drastic change via plastic surgery, I don't know what is. She looks like a completely different person!

Anyhow, she looks a lot better after plastic surgery. I wish she would've stopped post Dostana/Fashion. She looked her best then! Now her new nose is so offputting and she looks like a drag queen at times.

PC's attitude is FAKE as hell... Forget her looks.. I give a damn... But she is such a American wannabe that it's sad ... Her accent just keeps getting more fake with each passing day

... I, myself, have been born in Canada and have spent my entire life here yet I still hold my roots to my culture and don't try to act all foreign ... I'm desi and I'll always be desi at heart... I don't get why they think it makes them look superior to look, act, and talk American... Such wannabe's... And it's not just her.. Bollywood is filled with such wannabes...

Coming to her nose, I think it changes every time I see her... And she always had full lips but I think she has used something to make them even fuller because now when she smiles or opens her mouth, her gums and upper lips shape up differently than they use to when I've seen her before..

i think people mostly opt for a rhinoplasty that makes their nose smaller not bigger. like the ones shruti hassan and priyanka chopra probably got.

If you didn't notice, her face lost a LOT of weight and baby fat. In this picture, her face is engulfed in her chubby cheeks but as she lost more weight, her nose and eyes got more pronounced.

in fact, look at the OSO shanti and today's deepika. Her face lose so much of it's cheeky chubbiness and her facial angles and structures got more defined. Her high cheekbones are just more pronounced now, as well as her nose. Even her dimples are way more pronounced now. I definitely "grew" dimples out of nowhere just 3 years ago 😆. And weirdly my nose got "thinner" but idk how.

In the case of priyanka chopra, the length itself changed, so I'd say there's a high possibility that she did get a nose job. But even if she did, it doesn't matter to me cuz she earned and deserves her money because of her hard work. she can do w.e the hell she wants with it 😆. But as for deepika, i highly doubt she got a "redefining". This is bollywood, so who the hell really know, but imo, i doubt it.
