- a Mirara Story -

So I am currently writing this story on another couple but I really wanted to write something on Mrityunjay and Taara and I really liked this concept.

Plot:

Mrityunjay & Taara have been neighbours since they were little and best friends as well. Mrityunjay left India for a few years but has come back. One day, Taara finds out that her Dad is diagnosed with lung cancer and is on the last stage. He wants to see his daughter's marriage happen before he passes away and it has always been his dream to see Mrityunjay and Taara get married. Taara agrees to get married to Mrityunjay for her dad's sake, but isn't in love with him. Mrityunjay, on the other hand, has fallen in love with Taara but is also her best friend so he agrees to marry her for her father's sake. The two of them get married and a week after their marriage, Taara's dad passes away. Not much has changed in Mrityunjay and Taara's relationship. They still are friends, but when they go out, they are husband and wife for the world. Taara is uncomfortable with this but does her best to adjust with Mrityunjay. Mrityunjay's parents live in Bhopal while he now handles his Dad's business in Mumbai. Mrityunjay takes Taara with him to Mumbai and live there. Taara is broken by the death of her father as her mother had passed away when she was born and since then, her father has taken care of her. Taara still considers Mrityunjay as her best friend and is oblivious to his feelings. Will Taara ever fall in love with Mrityunjay?

CHARACTER SKETCH

Mrityunjay Singh Shekawat: Son of Jayraj and Nirmila Shekawat. He is best friends with Taara. He handled the London part of his Dad's business, so he lived there for two years. He comes back to Mumbai after two years falls in love with Taara. The two of them get married because of Taara's Dad.

Taara Kaul: Daughter of Ashok and Geeta Kaul. Her mom passed away a few days after she was born, since then her father has raised her. Nirmila is like a mom for her. She is best friends with Mrityunjay. She gets married to him for her father and is oblivious of Mrityunjay's feelings towards her.

Ashok Kaul: Taara's father. He loves his daughter a lot but has sadly been diagnosed with lung cancer. He has always wanted Taara to be married to Mrityunjay and that is his last wish.

Jayraj Singh Shekawat: The owner of Shekawat textiles, Mrityunjay's father and Nirmila's husband. He is very good friends with Taara's father and treats Taara just like his own daughter.

Nirmila Singh Shekawat: Mrityunjay's mom and Jayraj's wife. She loves Mrityunjay a lot and has always dreamed of Taara being her bahu. She always treated Taara like her daughter and has a soft corner for her in her heart.

Aditya Singh: One Mrityunjay and Taara's friends and is dating Meethi. He is very close with Taara and treats her like his little sister.

Meethi Gupta: Very good friends with Mrityunjay and Taara like Aditya. She's dating Aditya and loves him a lot. The two of them are to get married soon.
