Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2: Tulsi leaves Mumbai as Karan confronts Mihir

The episode opens in the chawl, where Mitali arrives to meet Pari. Pari looks disturbed and shares that Mihir has not answered her calls since her marriage. She also feels hurt that no one from Shanti Niketan called her for the Pagh Phera rasam. Mitali then drops a shocking revelation. She tells Pari that Shanti Niketan is in complete turmoil because Gayatri has convinced Mihir to marry Noina. Pari is left stunned after hearing about Mihir and Noina’s wedding plans and struggles to process the news.

Karan confronts Mihir, Tulsi takes a stand

Karan and Nandini arrive in Mumbai and head straight to Shanti Niketan. Karan loses his temper and questions Mihir about betraying Tulsi for the second time. His anger is visible as he storms out to find Tulsi. Daksha, deeply affected, tells Mihir that she no longer wishes to stay in the house without Tulsi and decides to leave for Junagadh. Meanwhile, Karan and Nandini reach the chawl and meet Tulsi. The meeting turns emotional. They offer to take her to the US, hoping to give her a fresh start. Tulsi refuses calmly and says, “Ghar chhodh sakti hoon, par desh nahi chhodh sakti.” Her words reflect her resolve to stay rooted despite the pain.

Tulsi walks away, leap changes Shanti Niketan

Pari soon reaches the chawl and informs Tulsi that Mihir has agreed to marry Noina. The news leaves everyone shocked. Shortly after, Noina herself arrives and apologises to Tulsi for breaking her marriage. She claims she always saw Tulsi as a friend. Tulsi replies with quiet clarity, saying that as long as she stays in Mumbai, people will keep coming to apologise or persuade her. Outside, Angad confronts Noina angrily for breaking his parents’ marriage. Noina defends herself, saying she is not the only one responsible.

Later, Karan and Nandini return to the chawl only to learn that Tulsi has left. She leaves behind a letter, explaining that she is starting a new journey alone. The show then takes a six year leap. Shanti Niketan appears deserted, with the Tulsi plant dried up. The doors open to Noina recreating the iconic title song, introducing the empty house and its furniture, with no family members in sight. The episode ends on this unsettling note.
