Oh, Meli--there was nothing much today but there was a real big joke in the serial today which I have to share with you all.

--Tharagai dies and abhi crying in hospital--usual dialogues like --oh tharagai, you can't die ,please speak etc--
Angu sensibly says you better leave immediately because by now they must have realised that they shot the wrong person and might come again.

--So again we see the same kerala rowdt gang hunting for thols/abhi everywhere in cochin and abhi going in a vehicle to airport and the gang also follow but still they have not spotted thiols's vehicle. ow we see the airport road and soon runway is seen and a jet airways flight is seen going up.
Now comes the joke. A gang member sees the flight from down and tells minister that the birds have flown away and they are safe in the aircraft now.
What a absurd thing this is --too ludicrous. He tells ministyer to track them when they land in chennai.

--They land in chennai and the vehicle takes a different route and thols asks abhi why we are travelling in another vroute.
Abhi says she expected adhi's people to be present in normal route and hence she chose another route. thols congratulates abhio for becoming more savvy nowadays.
He did not finish telling this when another gang stops them . Thol's driver gets scared and runs away. Thols/abhi get down and now start running being chased by the goondas.
Now another gang comes and thols says they are sivdas' people and they show their and force adhi's gang to retreat.
Now abhi says this is all adhi's workm only and she says she will go to adhi and talk to him (just now thols said she is savvy!!)
Fortunately for her, shivdas gang member says adhi is in jail as per directives of Human rights commission.
Abhi smiles.

April 3rd update
Well, super scene on the last scene on todays episode.

Well, abhi and tholz discuss the shivadas matter and how difficult it was to get that sign. Abhis shadow, Tholz praises Abhi and how many difficulties her went through to meet Shivadas. ( your right, it was because of u tholz, angochamy and Thargai, Abhi didn't do anything) at the end she takes all of the credits when she hasn't lift as much as a pen, only her stupid bag.

Alamelu probambal about Vidyas wedding and ask Baskar to get a job so they can marry off Vidya to that US groom. Baskar refuse to beg Adhi for a job as he could ask back the 50 lakh they own him.


Mano gets so many slaps from Abhi that I missed to count how many times. She calls him a selfish n ungrateful person who has thought of his mother and sister as a burden. He will one day fall on her feet and ask for apology for all of this and put both anu and mano on their place. ( anu has a long hair, which almost looked like a "kudhiraivazh" )

April 9, 2007 - Monday updt

Kolangal was fun to a point yesterday. After a long time, we get to see Rajesh in his elements.

Ramesh's parents give up and leave and Basker puts a stop to this and asks Vidya to go inside the house.
Alams is not satisfied and comes inside too. Rajesh and Rhino come inside as well and Alams now pounces on them. Rajesh says he was unable to stop the wedding and by the time he found them, the deed had been done. Basker asks Vidya to go inside to their room and before that, asks her why she did this. Alams polumbufies abt the missed US - maapLai opportunity; Basker says what is done is done and even Ramesh comes and apologizes and says he loves vidya and will take care of her properly.

Alams still quizzes Rajesh as to why he failed on his mission. Rhino says Rajesh decided to forgive them and blessed them. alams hits both and drives them away.

Kanchu comes to the temple and finds Abhi and KKK there. She starts her complaints against Abhi who is the prime reason for her precious cargo being in jail. Abhi has had it and says, your son deserves to be there for he was responsible for killing two innocent women. one was manjula and the other was Tharagai and proceeds to tell KKK and Kanchu abt the hitmen in Cochin sent by Adhi and that he managed to sic them on her even from his jail vaasam. She tells Kanchu that your son is an ayogyan and he doesn't care who he hurts on the way; he does all atrocities and if you think this is punishment for him, re think again. For I have just started giving him back his own dose. KKK is stunned to hear abt the attacks in Cochin and Abhi says it was to stop her from getting sivdas's signature. Kanchu listens to this with a disturbed face since Abhi asks her to shut up for once and listen abt her son's deeds. KKK for her pangu, comes near Kanchu and says inimElaavadhu on piLLaiyai nalla vaLarkka paaru..if not, thookula thongu.
ammaadi, Kanchu sizeku thooku thEdaradhukkuLLa? tholsku idhu challenge dhaan.

She come home crying and thinking abt it and summons Usha and says you support Abhi blindly but she insulted me and your husband. Isn't it your duty to protect your husband? Usha is nonchalant and says if Adhi is innocent, then he will come out on his own merits; Kanchu is enraged and Slinky slides in smoothly (rekha) and comforts athai dear that her dad will take care in bringing Adhi. Usha doesn't pay heed to Kanchu's polambals and walks off while Kanchu keeps calling her...Slinky invites athai sothai to dinner..iva oru naaL saapdaatti enna..(that is what I thought until I got to the next scene)

Alams is sitting morosely in a chair and Basker asks her to get up and eat..(who cooked? maybe aatha came in did it in 30 minutes ...remembering Narayanan's wishes that she feed his family forever). He says things have happened and they better come to terms with it. alams refuses and Basker says nee saapdaati eppadi? (enna aagum? udambu sizela oru thammaathoondu dent kooda vizaadhu..ava dhaan ottagam maadhiri anga anga fat store paNNi vechirukkaaLE, appappO release paNradhukku).

Now comes the funny part..R & R walk in with bags of fruits and flowers, obviously for first night. This sets Alams off. Rajesh tells her chinnamma, nadandhadhu nadandhu pOchu. inemE nadakka vEndiyadhu ellaam coreetta nadakkanum..Alamu doesn't understand and then rajesh tells her abt FN. that is it. Alams thudappam edukkaadha kurai dhaan to mothufy Rajesh. Rajesh says chinnama nee kaadhalukku kai kodukkanum chinnamma and I could see Alams summoning the thudappam by telepathy in my peripheral vision. She screams at him some more and then Ramesh comes and apologizes again to Basker and athai and says he will take care of and love Vidya forever. Rajesh comes to Basker and says sagalai, whatever happened has happened. don't you accept these facts? and then Basker tells Alams that what Rajesh says is right. Alams says then next Rajesh will make sure Ramesh marries another girl just like Rajesh. Basker says let us accept these two, they are now married and so they have to live their lives and let us make arrangements for their FN. Alams says do whatever and Rajesh is happy and comes near Vidya and asks her to go get ready..

Rajesh goes in to decorate the mansion...with Rhino in attendance...

Vidya and Ramesh give romantic looks to each other. dhEvudaa, kastamda saami. idhugaL romance ellaam paarka vEndi irukku.
next scene may be..anbe vaa en munbe vaa, oonE vaa uyirE vaa...
