I completely understand where you are coming from. Islam does not allow one to smoke and drink because it harms one's body and thinking. Its a good and valid reason.

However, have you seen Zain's character? He barely knows anything about his religion and sadly many Muslims in real life don't follow properly as well.

Like someone has stated that in UK and other countries (including India) many Muslim men and women do drink and go partying. Just like that I feel Zain belongs to the same category...he is a London return.

However, I do hope that Creatives are able to justify this and make Usman or Suraiya yell at him for disobeying their moral values.

YES exactly. But all of this can't deny the fact that Zain is superrr cutee! That day when he was going to Bangkok and he went specially to say Aaliya good bye. That aadab from left hand, how he was staring at her <3 and how her dress got stuck in his jacket <3 Oh god! I literally melted that day! Their chemistry is SO sexy gosh! Honestly, at some point when the show directed to being the usual family drama, their tom & jerry fights was what kept me watching it ❤️

Is Zain really a rich spoilt brat? Maybe its just me, but I haven't seen that so far. He doesn't flaunt his money or turn his down at his Bhopal relatives, nor is he rude & going all do you know who I am. Yes, he's mischievous & immature & irresponsible. But I don't think he's spoilt. Right now...he is frustrated & resentful of Aliya, hence his behaviour has become so acidic.

Zain doesn't know to even do salaam. I doubt he would know other such rules of Islam right.

I'm a muslim living in the West, and although I know for a fact that drinking is 'haram' in Islam, I personally know many muslims in this part of the world who drink. Considering Zain is foreign bred, I don't find it too difficult to believe that he might have taken to it as well. However, I do hope the show handles it in a dignified manner, so as to show that it really isn't permitted.
