Zain & drunk?!

I was thinking te exact same thing!!! But I hope if that is the case, they handle it sensibly.

Zain is not a religious guy, fair enough he probably doesnt know much about his religion (he doesn't even know anything about salaah). Now if that is the case, that Zain does drink, I hope they shed light on it positvely, explaing it to him as to why it is wrong to drink as oppose to just shout at him. I hope he repents and understand that drinking is not allowe snd why.

I know alot of muslims who ised to drink, becuase they were not aware as to why that action was wrog, they simply thought their parents didnt want them to, but as they found out the reason they stopped and repented.

At the end of the day parents should teach the kids what is right and what is wrong in they religion that's where it all starts off you can't just expect them to know they can't do certain things. The blame will come back and fall on the parents at the end of the day. Hope he learns his lesson in this way; the way suraiya begin had brought him up had made him think that everything is right when it's not. It's time for Aaliya to set him on the right path and he repents it for God is all merciful.

Yes, I get where you're coming from. I guess the makers aren't aiming to hurt anyone's religious sentiments exactly. They're only perhaps trying to justify Zain as a character, who is a rich, spoilt brat, who doesn't take religion or laws related to the same seriously.

I know its forbidden But unfortunately most of muslims drink here in the UK including Girls .. It's really sad .. :( .. they all go clubbing, drink and sleep with random people .. & zain stayed in the UK .. so I guess they are showing the way he adapted to the UK culture not giving Islam importance .. Hopefully this will make Aaliya show him the path to Allah & make him into a perfect muslim . :)

Now I wish Aaliya points that out to Suraiya that she is reponsible for the way Zain is.

I just hope they show that scene in a decent manner. Cuz yeah they have shown from the beginning that Zain doesn't pray and doesn't totally believe in god. So him coming all drunk is justifiable.

Btw guys can anybody send me the link of Zain and Aaliya's interviews? I have seen just those where they're talking about their wedding. There was some iv where everyone said they both were looking super cutee :P does anybody have that one?

I really hope they dont show him drinking, that's a big no no from my side. Zain may not know drinking is Haram as some members state, but he definitely knows showing up drunk at Walimah would be a blow to his parents.

Osman Sahab's hard-earned reputation would go down the drain, if guests get to know 😕

You framed it well. Plus Zain really respects his dad. He didn't got to Bangkok just for the sake of his dad's dignity so there is no way he should arrive at the Walimah all drunk. As I said in my comment, him getting drunk is justifiable for HIM not for all, but his dads dignity does mean something for him too so lets hopee the spoilers were all wrong :D
