Yes, Iget where you're coming from. I guess the makers aren't aiming to hurt anyone's religioussentiments exactly. They're only perhaps trying tojustify Zain as a character, who is a rich, spoiltbrat, who doesn't take religion or laws related to the same seriously.

In a way, the makers have already warned the audience subtely, regarding who or what Zain is all about, as of now. Just as of now. Aaliya as well had accused him of his ignorance, when the whole valeema matter popped up. She'd also made him aware that he doesn't evenknow which hand is used, to greet someone. So looking at it, from the maker's pov, they're only probably trying to show Zain as someone, who is indeed an ignorant, spoilt, commitment-phobic and irresponsible brat.(and ofcourse spoilt due to his mom's influence)

I'm sure, they would counter back the same, with Aaliya's character trying to help him mend his ways, regarding the samesoon.

Well not very unlike Zain, he looks like a guy who would go against his religion. Religion doesn't matter to him anyway. Btw I really don't like how they are portraying Zain's character lately. Being a mommy's child to some extent is okayy but he agrees to everything his mom says :( As aaliya said "I'd never marry Zain, look how immature he is" something similiar haha, but she agrees as well. I just wish they would instil some maturity in his character and let him take his own decisions. Maybe they will as the show progresses :D

I know its forbidden But unfortunately most of muslims drink here in the UK including Girls .. It's really sad .. :( .. they all go clubbing, drink and sleep with random people .. & zain stayed in the UK .. so I guess they are showing the way he adapted to the UK culture not giving Islam importance .. Hopefully this will make Aaliya show him the path to Allah & make him into a perfect muslim . :)

Btw guys can anybody send me the link of Zain and Aaliya's interviews? I have seen just those where they're talking about their wedding. There was some iv where everyone said they both were looking super cutee :P does anybody have that one?

Drinking is not allowed in Islam as far as many would know due to simple reasons such as you are not in your senses and do not know what you are saying or doing hence leading to regrets later on in life (not for everyone). I know the show won't follow all the rules for the sake of the audience and entertainment purposes but I just had to post this as it was eating me ip since the past couple of days.

I meant the drinking part something Zain wouldn't do, because we have seen him act maturely in grave situations, when he was found hugging Aliya in the room, he stood up for her telling off Zeeshan's mama for his accusation's. When his mom asked him to run away he stayed back for his dad. He handed over his phuppi 7 lakhs without being too interfering rather gentle. He never rubbed it on Aliya's face that her Zeeshan had demanded Dowry. So he does have his head at the right place.

I don't like that in Zain too, the way they are shaping up his character :(

I wouldn't call Zain immature, but naive he is. I think a day into the marriage, Zain is angry and frustrated, in anger it is tough to have a straight head, he is a little lost atm. Hope his character sees light at the end of the day :)
