i just want to point out one thing tht they never showed us whether yash's mom said the caste thing to gurpreet or she was just making up stories when talking to girls because after wards she never pointed out this thing... one more point to be noted is tht gurpreet and yash are of same caste... yash is also jatt... so in my opinion she just made the caste story....

Wow!! What a thread!!! I caught up the shows on youtube and I think Gurpreet was a bit rude but Yash's Mom is not doodh ki dhuli either. The whole issue was started by Yash's Mom when she said Gurpreet lacks sanskaar. Saying you don't think this girl is suitable for my son is okay but saying that she lacks sanskaar coz she shouts she's hungry in the mornings is just plain stupid. To me it seems Yash's Mom has promised herself that she'll NEVER accept a girl who her son falls for. She was also very rude when they rest of the Mommies made Yash/MommaY and Gur sit together. She could've talked a bit. Gur was in the mood to thrash the problems out but she curtly asked Gur to leave. Any girl would feel insulted with such behavior. So Gur took it upon herself to set her right and was ably egged on by Gulabo and Rajbeer's Mom. Even Swati mentioned this today...something about Gur being bhadkaoed etc.
