Y-mom, has only said that she does not see her bahu in gurpreet, the only time y-mom has even called her a name...( which was also wrong) was when the moms(read hitesh's mom) were ganging up on her, and harrassing her regarding the issue, till tht point she was dealing with the issue subtly, in her own way, she has full right to ignore gurpreet is she so pleases, gurpreet is not her DIL, yet to try and make it work....i think y-mom never crossed any lines with gurpreet even though she was the older on of the 2...gurpreet on the other hand....has no manners whatsoever....she kept on saying she has taken a lot of insult from y-mom....i fail to understand ..when and how?????this insolent girl , who has verbal diarrhea, cannot even have one conversation, without injecting some offensive tone and words..is talking about others insulting her...disgusting....🤢🤢🤢.......infact gurpreet proved yash's mom was right...as shekhar suman rightfuly pointed out, that gurpreet infact is this aggressive type pf girl, who wil break up a family, over the littlest of disagreement....they way she unleashed a whole barrage of insults against Y-mom was unacceptable......she lost whatever little soft corner i had for her yesterday......🤢

I feel Gurpreet is not 'sanskari bahu' material and would most probably cause conflict within the house and act like she is the innocent part in everything which would cause family divides, shes doing it already god help Yashdeeps mum if they really do end up getting married!

What i really don't understand is, if this is a show about arranged marriage and if the grooms mothers are playing a role in finding the right wives for their sons, then why are Gurpreet and Yashdeep still trying to be together? its obvious that no matter what Gurpreet does Yashdeep's mum will not accept her and even if she does Gurpreet will not have a happy married life as she will most probably live with her in-laws and even if they do move out Yashdeeps parents will still play a big part in their lives

. Gurpreet in my opinion is being very silly by still trying to cling onto Yashdeep and Yashdeep is a total duch in my opinion as he seems to totally under play the tension between Gurpreet and his mum.

Yashdeep should just step away from gurpreet and stop acting like a spoilt child who insists on having that particular toy his parents won't let him have. Its not like they are in a committed relationship, they are not in love its mere attraction (which i don't actually see to be honest as they are quite boring).

I feel that marriage involves both families aswell as the couple and that no matter how unreasonable Yashdeeps mum is being she still must have her reasons for disliking Gurpreet which her son should respect otherwise he might have just gone on his own to find a bride.

You have no right to criticize the whole of India. I presume you are not an Indian thats why you take the liberty to criticize the biggest democracy in the world. Those few people on the show and handful of folks on this forum do not represent even a fraction of the entire population of India. Every nation has its own flaws and "calling India a screwed up nation" is derogatory to me, since I am an Indian and I cannot stand anyone insulting my country in that tone.

^^ being sanskaari does not mean being submissive and taking abuse AT ALL it actually defines a persons thinking and character on how they react to situations. having good sanskaar means being taught how to have good morals and a good understanding of family values from an early age by our parents which we abide by in our adult life.
