More to the new show storyline and starcast and timeslot 😳
That Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms is coming up with a new show for Colors is public knowledge.
It is also known that Shakti Arora will be playing the male lead in the serial. Shakti's character will be a driver's son who will be stylish and live life with jest and gusto. It will be a one sided passionate love story.
Now here are more details from the project. The creatives have also signed two veteran actors to pack a punch with the plot. They are Sarita Joshi and Nitin Vakharia.
Sarita will enact the role of Baa. "Yes, I am excited and happy to be a part of Ekta's show," said the actress.
Furthermore, Nitin will be seen playing one of the sons of Baa.
Incidentally, Nitin, Sarita and Shakti all have been a part of Baa Bahoo Aur Baby.
Nitin remained unavailable for comment.
Now, our sources have also shared that Rakhi Tandon have given look test to play an important role, but details are yet to filter in. We could not reach to her for a confirmation.
She was last seen in Colors' Madhubala.
Furthermore, speculations are rife pertaining to the time slot the show will get. While many are stating that it might replace Uttaran, but there are also whispers that Bani Ishq Da Kalma will be pulled out of the 10.30 pm slot to fit in Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi.
Producer of Bani, Damini Shetty (Mystic- An Entertainment Company) remained unavailable. Producer Rupali Guha (FilmFarm) of Uttaran chose not to comment anything and asked us to chat with the channel.
We did buzz a channel spokesperson who said that they have no details at the moment.
