Explanation of the inconsistency in storyline

Archana gets up from the noise of Mumbai mornings that you can't apparently find in Canada and realized it was all a dream.

No Manav, miscarriage, Soham/Teju/Ovi/Sachin/Purvi, no Canada, no gallons of tears shed. No Savita-Damo or their daughter Vandu who was raped and made to marry her rapist. That life was just a dream and she goes back to her life.

She gets up, gets those bucket of water (favourite activity in living in a chawl) and lo and behold, Archana's mother Suluchona comes in and gets prompts her to her room to get ready for a proposal.

Around noon, handsome sensible Satish comes along with his parents and immediately hit it off. Marriage is set.

Archana-Satish live happily ever after with years of marital bliss. Satish and his parents do not get their life ruined by Varsha. Eventually Varsha and Vaishali get married off. K Family live happily ever after.

Manav works hard and marries a nice girl who would not bring her maika to create problems. Sachin Sr. lives since Archana's vahini Manju+mother did not run him into death. Sachin marries Shravani (who is loaded with money) and gets Manav and Sachin a job at her dad's company. Vandita is not raped by Archana's vahini's brother. She gets a nice proposal from an affluent family (perhaps an acquaintance of Shravani's). She does not live in poverty and get abused by her rapis/husband as per Archana's dream. D family live happily ever after.

It took a few seconds for me to understand the post ..😆 ...

Sigh, I wish PR ended after Manav got a job at DK's company... They should have ended it by showing Manav doing well at his job and Archana giving birth to Soham...

That four year leap ruined everything... not that PR was brilliant before that... but nothing and nobody made sense after that leap...

can we contemplate how everyone's lives would be better off if Archana-Manav did not get married and everything was really a dream? 😆

I would explain the inconsistency (dreams rarely have logic in them). Would explain how no one gets much older and some of the other things. Would it werid seeing Archana wake up and we find out it was a dream in the very last episode? 😆

Pandora if satish was married to Archana than satish & their children or Joshi-pandey family would have ended up with the same fate as manav & rest of the Deshmukh kids.

Karanjkar women have that losing streak which they bring along to their ILs. Husband, kids or ILs are not spared from the havoc which srikes once they come to the family.

Some things are inevitable and are guarantee and will happen.

I loved your version and got a good laugh reading it.

😆

I think Satish is a sensible nice guy...he would not be attached to Archana's hips as Manav was which only enabled her to carry her antics. He would be loving yes, but also very firm. I don't think he'd let Archana create havoc, he'd condition her to act responsible and less destructive. If she does otherwise, he'd distance himself until she comes to term of what is expected of her as a wife, mother, etc...He would not feed into her mahaanta by saying "you did nothing wrong", he'd give it to her straight up and bring her back from lala land to reality.

Than why the same Satish never put Varsha in check? WHy did he let it get to a point where she lost it completely? The first time she did something which was out of line he should have been firm...They butchered Satish character so badly that he became just like Manav Ullu & Lallu. Oh well I just see it differently 😆 No hope when it comes to K women 😆
