I have never seen that kind of personal service from any doctor, even junior doctor, not even in India!She had her eyes set on becoming a bahu of Deshmukhs. At first she set her sights on Soham, I remember the way she would hide behind a pillar and observe him working at the store and smile from afar. She seemed very fond of him. I remember how she hugged Soham tightly when he rescued her from Balan's den! The way she looked affectionately at Soham when he did some good deeds. The way she dragged him from the Patna train with so much apnapan and took him to her home to stay with her family! Certainly didnt seem like she only thought of him as a gunda then. But when ArMaan brought Sachin's rishta she jumped at it because all along she wanted to marry into Deshmukh family and with Sachin, she would get a lawyer husband which is much better than marrying an ex-criminal turned grocery clerk. Definitely a gold digger! 😆
