She didn't drink to harm her baby
She drank out of frustration
She didn't necessarily think her baby was going to be dead

i have to disagree here as far as the drinking. how can ovi not think that drinking would harm her child when arjun was constantly telling her dont drink bc it will hurt the child? arjun did not even have to tell her to know the risk. the truth is she was involved in her own pain that she did not give 2 cents about the child that SHE DECIDED to bring into the world. arjun may be daydreaming about purvi but that does not negate ovi's action of harming an innocent being. if there are 2 people in the show who everybody would agree are innocent were the 2 babies. pain or not ovi placed a human life at risk. and right here is wat i mean about not needing to bring down others to make ovi look good. u say that ovi drank out of frustration bc arjun was dreaming of purvi. but isn't that in some way blaming arjun partly for ovi's action. i dont care wat arjun was doing at the time bc ovi was also involved in the decision to have sex with arjun and she should have dealth with the consequences of her action which was the pregnancy and taken care not to harm the child. if she felt that her and arjun were not at a place in which their relationship was stable, she should not have taken action that would lead to a pregnancy. arjun said to her to give a second chance, but when ovi announced the pregnancy to him she knew that he did not love her as a wife yet, so when she had sex with him she def knew he was not over purvi yet. just as arjun should have said no to sleeping with ovi bc he was not over purvi, ovi should also have said no to him bc she knew that he was not over purvi. it does not matter that she was blinded by love and desparately wanting to make it work bc at the end of the day she knew that she was participating in an action that could bring a child into her life just as arjun knew this.

Ovi was not harming the child deliberately. It was Arjun who pushed her towards alcoholism. If he had no qualms about making babies with his wife then what problems did he have with moving on? You may say that it's not easy to forget your first love. Agreed. But till what time can somebody live in their past? Life is all about moving on. If Arjun was going to have a baby with Ovi, he should have been clear in his mind about what he wanted. Or was he planning to jump back to his ex once the baby was born? I am blaming Arjun for Ovi's actions because he was the one who couldn't forget his past even when he was going to become a father. Nobody becomes an alcoholic for no reason. They need a push and they are there. Arjun provided that push to Ovi. That's why I'm blaming him.
Plus I'm not at all saying that whatever Ovi did was right. It was wrong. But it was her problem and she was dealing with it in her own way, however wrong it may be. She was not asking anybody anything and was not involving anybody in her problems, nor she was interfering in anybody else's life. If anybody was getting wronged, it was her baby, nobody else. But she realised her mistake, didn't she? Doesn't she deserve to be forgiven for that?

And please! Ovi had sex with Arjun knowing that he loves Purvi. Correct, but she had this thing in her mind that a child will bridge the gap between them and they'll be able to sort out their differences. But when even that hope was butchered by the jerk of a husband she had, she turned towards alcoholism, NOT THAT IT WAS RIGHT, but that was her way out of the mockery of a life she had. She did a mistake but she rectified it, right? So why is it continuously discussed whenever a topic on Ovi is made? That's my point. I did not mean that Ovi was correct in drinking day and night but she got over it and realised her mistake and began to look forward to that baby and stopped drinking. She just needed to apologize to herself and that baby and nobody else.

I want to say that I understand Purvi and Ovi and Arjun
But I don't understand Arjun and Purvi 's pattern of thinking
It's not consistent
Purvi says she doesn't want to be the reason why arovi marriage is ruined
Yet she is leaving no opportunity to meet Arjun
Arjun is wanting to save his nazuk and pavitra rishta 😆
But he is hiring a detective to check if Onir is doing something wrong :/

Loved it!!! Arvi forever!! Arjun has to tell purvi he is in love with her...

Ovi has acknowledged her mistake in putting forth that deal to Purvi. She has apologised and moved away so that Arjun and Purvi can unite👏👏⭐️👏.

I am on Team Purvi here. Purvi is not perfect but she puts everyone's needs ahead before. That is called sacrifices, not selfish!
