Chapter 8 : ArVi meets alone
"You have started following me Purvi, you bloody stalker" says Vinay in anger.
"What Vinay? Why are you reacting by this? I just wanted to check out if you will be coming today's date or not and I found you in this stair case, so what's wrong with me?" Purvi becomes surprised.
"ohh, now you are making some lame excuses and you want me to believe it, Purvi, you are becoming such possessive crazy chick" Vinay continues shouting
"what the hell Vinay, what's wrong with you, why are you making such a big issue out of small thing, and please don't sought at me, my papa even does not talk to me like this" says Purvi in pain.
"I am not your dad or your that stupid friend who always nod his head without thinking a point, in fact i wonder if he ever can think of anything, does he have any brain at all?" Vinay says it in mock
"Just Shut Up, Vinay, its enough. Your stupid and silly things can be hided by telling all of these nonsense talks. And don't drag Arjun between you and me. You have lost your mind, just go to hell with your those silly admirers" Purvi says it and leaves the place.
When this argument between the above two reaches the highest heat, the another girl who was just trying to solve any complex problem, has already left the place. But, Purvi still fought Vinay and left the place. She felt bad when Vinay has insulted his best-est buddy. So, she left the place immediately, but does she even realise it?
That evening Purvi becomes so sad that she does not want to move out from her house. Arjun dos not know anything, he comes to meet Purvi..
Arjun: hello Purvi, where did you go after class? I was looking for you? Seems like you are not in your mood
Purvi: No Arjun, I am alright, tell me why you wanted to meet me, anything urgent
Arjun: what happen Purvi? you want something hide from me? please tell me nah, I want to share your sorrow, it will relief your pain for sure
Purvi: No Arjun, I am okay , some misunderstanding between me and Vinay, you know toh we are dating for quite a long
Arjun: ohh, that's it? no worry, everything will be fine, now smile please or else I would start saying my poor sayari and you have to laugh on it, you know
By saying he starts telling the sayari
"Arz kiya hai..aahhaa..Arz kiya hai..
Malika E Jahan aaj naraz hai kyu (read two times)
Kauwa dake ka ka aur billi dake miu miu"
"what is this Arjun? you called this as sayari? oh my god, Gaalib sahab would definitely faint if he hears this" by saying this Purvi bursts into laughter.
"Thank God , at least tum hasi toh, and don't worry about Gaalib Sahab, I will manage him by giving him a bribe" smiles Arjun
"You are going to give bribe to Mirza Gaalib Sahab, unbelievable Arjun, you crazy" says Purvi while still laughing
"Yes Purvi, I am crazy, crazy for you", Arjun says in a low volume that Purvi does not listen to it.
"Now get ready, we will have to go out for shopping. You know, we are going to celebrate Holi next week, so mama has told me to buy somethiing for me and you. So, let's go and please don't avoid me this time" Arjun asks Purvi's approval
"Okay Sir, as you said, just give me two minutes please, I will be ready, you wait at the dinning room then " Purvi happily agrees to go as her mood is good now
"You sure that you will be ready within two minutes" Arjun starts laughing
"Arjun...you..go...now..." Purvi throws the pillow at him as she has understood the lying sarcasm in it
It is already late when they finish the purchasing of the final piece of their list. The shops are just about to close when they leaves the place. Arjun takes Purvi via short cut which can reach them early to their home.
Purvi: Arjun, why have you taken this route yaar? this is so pathetic, upar se your khatara, when we will reach?
Arjun: don't say it as Khatara yaar, this is my favourite scooter and I love it like my Girl Friend.
Purvi: Are wah wah, this is your girl friend, kya baat kya baat..not bad actually
Arjun: you did not like anything at a go, we had to come so far for you only
Purvi: So what Arjun, you toh said me that you have this scooter so no fear..what's your khatara saying now?
It seems that Arjun's scooter has listened to Purvi's question and it stops and does not want to go further in reply.
Purvi: what is this Arjun? your khatara has stopped, now how can we will reach? what other transport we can get in this path - your short cut? how can I go home now?
Arjun: don't panic Purvi, I am with you and I will reach you home safely, this is my responsibility.
This is indeed a good moment for others. Suddenly thunder starts and it seems that it will followed by a worst storm. This is the season of summer, we generally get to see it in the evening, but today all night sky is covered by dark cloud. Rain drops start falling on them.
Arjun: Purvi, it seems that heavy rain is going to start, we should now look a shelter for us
Purvi: Yes Arjun, I can't get wet in the rain, I have allergy, let's go somewhere immediately.
Both of them have at least found a Shiv Temple nearby. They go there to make them safe from rain. There is no other people can be found in near area as this route is generally avoided after sunset for less light and uneven path. The two friends get some time to know each other at the moment of rain.
