Btw shyamala i know exactly what u mean about the house and the swing . One of my comfort zones is my grandmother's house in a little village [ my mother's maika] where i sat on a large black teak swing in the verandah . That swing is ancient . I have seen many houses after that but that rambling ancestral old house is my comfort zone and the feeling i get when i still sit on the swing whenever i visit there cannot be described . The beauty of that house is unparalleled in my opinion .

Kool, I think the Cvs are as confused as ever. They just can't decide the track anymore.

Btw, they are reading us, no doubt. We do hear constantly Onir calling Purvi. Maybe, it is Onir's baby after all, and in that case Purvi should deliver after Ovi, otherwise calculations won't match up.

I found Onir diagnosis funny, so Cvs are meaning to tell us that Mumbai docs are such dumb people that they can't diagnose the complications are from alcohol drinking….but drinking alcohol harms the baby more than have a direct impact or is even life threatening to the mom…so I guess, the Cvs haven't decided on any the particular pregnancy complications for Ovi😉

I, too, am getting really irritated to see the conch blowing as if something auspicious is happening whenever the 2 lovers are close together…Durga is the symbol of ultimate Patni, in fact, bongs worship the Mother and wife roops in Durga, even though she is sarva Shakti…such, a blatant disregard to Indian culture, I am simply disgusted. If they want to have Arvi meet and do whatever, can they do outside of the Durga murti, please…

ARVIcan do whatever they want , they don't hae to even wait for the babies to be born, they can just file for divorce but don't show all this at the Mother's feet plzz as if thi rubbish was her divine will

Thanks Kalapi and Kools for your long and wonderful post in support of Ovi...Her wanting medical treatment in canada and staying in a hotel which suits her ..All I will add to this is from personal experience and needs I will not stay in India more than 3 wks. Each time I stay I stay in a hotel which is within few KM to a hospital which handles cardiac patient and abides by International Pro Time requirements..

Generalizations are always odious. To each their own.

Insisting on foreign care just among other things shows lack of information. Ovi doesnt know that the doctor here is better. Maybe doesnt have a way of knowing. That is not the crux. The real point is why is Arjun the one to inform her of a specialist. Isnt Ovi informed and familiar with technology. Does she need someone to tell her who a specialist is. Cant she do her own research. If she doesnt want her child, she should have aborted it but to blatantly ignore her health condition which could be detrimental to a child speaks volumes of her true character. Its wilful negligence and punishable by law in most places.

As for lacking Arjun's love, didnt he declare just six months ago that he loved another. Why did she stick in the marriage - in the hope of creating love in his heart with her snide remarks??? Ovi in short doesnt know what she has created for herself and holds everyone but herself accountable for her current state. You always have a choice in life, its just a matter of whether you choose to exercise it. A privileged girl like Ovi doesnt need to suffer a non working marriage.

Of course none of this absolves Arjun. Why is he married to Ovi still? To look good to Purvi when he meets her? Why not release Ovi from this fake relationship. He can be a great dad to his kid from afar. This whole BS of kids fructifying marriages is just that. No kid should be made to fix a broken relationship. They all need secure happy homes and if you cant give them one, atleast give them a loving single parent.

Purvi, sigh..I cant even begin to start...

Problem is not the doctors or the diagnosis...Both countries have good or bad doctors..Mistakes can be made by either that is not the point here...The emergency 911 type service is not there no matter how much one will debate..patients die on the way to hospital due to trafic such as mumbai.. Here in US 911 paramedics and fireman arrive within 2-3 minutes once the call is made..I have had 2 experiences and there were 16 all together were at my house within 2-3 minutes. My BIL died on his way to hospital as the traffic was so bad they could not get him to the hospital in time..😳

Both my husband and myself have certain medical requirements which we make sure with the 5star hotels or hospitals to confirm our requirements so our health is not jeopardized. Rest one has to leave it up to god and luck.

Enough on that...Back to the show.

How does a renouned OBGYN giving lecture on psychiatric or substance abuse? That is w/o even checking the mother...Alchohol will do more damage to the unborn child than the mother..I found the whole lecture OTT and irritating. Yet again he said one mother loves her baby more than anything and another one is hell bent on killing it..Woah what a judgemental doctor??? All other lecture he gave applied more to Arjun than Ovi...She is in this state due to Arjun and him alone..

Poor Doctor Onir thinks child is his??? lets wait and see..Right now Purvi looks atleast 8 pregnant and ovi abt 5 1/2 mo. If Purvi's baby delivers before ovi's we all know whats up..

Kools and Kalapi I thought abt the Coca Cola drinking while MMLA Purvi playing Conch...Conch even stops playing but she has it on her lips for the longest..Wow pretty strong lungs to carry it on for that long and for a pregnant woman.

Varsha, I found Onir an absolute bore today. Seriously, I find it hard to believe him to be a specialist of any sort at late 20s (maybe) 😔, when most newly pregnant mom couldn't even feel comfortable with him, let alone allow him to treat, up close and personal. Besides, the alcohol abuse, insomnia etc. isn't too hard to be diagnosed. Maybe, Cvs were looking for marriage counselor and in their infinite wisdom settled for an OBGYN😆

As with the preggo track, I think Cvs are terminally confused, for the mess they have created for themselves – well, either way they go, they only find a deep blue salty ocean😉

As for young mother of 5, I have given up on her, esp. regarding looking her character😔
