Jyo, Laurie, Shyamala, Janvi...Looks like I missed FNL(Friday night live) at IF. Last week, was sleep deprived.
Haiti people are really pavam.
They have not yet recovered from last earthquake's damage.
Now they have to deal with this storm damage.

Yes - Manav was the show stealer yday... with his act and his words... As I said in the BU thread... I agreed with him yday and I was happy he didnt succumbed to Archu's wishes.

Jyothi... a scar on his right wrist. I paused the video at 3 different angles to look at it... and right there its also dented... like he was badly cut and it left the wound marks.

RD - was a fat boy and lost sooo much weight to act, has a lisp, wounds and scars and he still manages to captivate so many. Shows how good of an actor and how talented he is .

Im with Jyothi... still liking the dance.

But where would the world be if we all agreed - Boring thats where... and this thread would have stopped at page 5 😃 😉

what a nice story about RD...wish even more success to him for overcoming a lot to achieve his dreams. thanks for sharing it...

if i may say...the problem for me in the dance wasn't Arjun...i thought he was darling and so much in love,...it was that Purvi wasn't responding very well...there was no magic between them...it made me sad for Arjun who has gone to so much to win his lady love's heart and prove his love...the writers aren't doing justice to the character of Purvi, she was so vibrant at first...

Guys,
As I said to Shyamala, I dont notice much of Purvi in the dance, my eyes are fixed on Arjun !!!
If I say anything more about Arjun in the dance, I will sound like a Arjun groupie now !!! Maybe I am already thought as such 😆
I am gonna quit on this topic now, as my reputation is in shreds already 😃

Naava... I get where you're coming from... And ure right... the writers are NOT doing a good job with taking their story fwd and the character of Purvi. They actually aren't doing a good job of taking any of the tracks fwd. As for Purvi... I said previously she is not consistent anymore (and on some occasions that annoys me, like her stockholm syndrome episode)... and of course thats NO fault of the actress - Asha. Its just that they aren't sure whether they want Purvi to be thinking about her aai and the divorce, her long lost kidnapper brother and his maayi or should she be focusing on just Arjun. But when Purvi is lost in Arjun's arms alone and is not thinking about her aai she gets bashed as well for that. So... the character of Purvi is so confused.

However... I think if the writers just sat back and let RD and Asha be themselves, they would be far better off for those 2 got great off screen segments. AND... I watched the hand bandage episode again when he was in the chawl and fell from the dahi handi... and it was much more intense then. But then - Purvi was only focused on her Arjun.

I think even tho it started off slowly (stiffly would be a better word Miss Shyamala? 😊). I guess I still felt something between them.

on a another note - I wish RD all the best as well... Im not ashamed to say I have kinda become his groupie now. 😆.

Jyothi, Laurie and Vilasini... do I get company?

Like Jyothi... I think I'm gonna close the curtains on this dance and move on. lol.

Im just gonna enjoy it for whatever its suppose to be, stare at Arjun and sing Dil kyun yeh mera shor kare, idhar nahin, udhar nahin - tere ore chale! 😳.

Shyamala, I did peek in and I am glad you exerted great restraint in not dubbing my beti's wardrobe "lousy", bechari, what can she do, all the money left over from the household expenses goes into financing her maayi's wardrobe. I re-watched the dance, er..ahmm...a few times over, and have objectively decided to give a talking to my sanskari beti, "really there is no need to exhibit such a fear of wagging tongues that you appear wooden". Though Shyamala, her putting his hand on her shoulder outside the hospital was totally excusable as she was so overcome with anxiety and concern for the boy that she forgot about her little sanskari self; same as at the police station and the hospital room. She is not devoid of feeling, just a little prudish in th midst of company and we are working on it 😆
