RD's expression in that scene was really naughty, sweet and cute. It was as if to say "Am I really hearing what you are saying? Hmmm .. that sounds so like honey dripping in my ears." 😆
RD is such a charmer in his romantic scenes.
And the hug that follows .. ❤️Aww so warm and cuddly 😃, most importantly, protective.❤️

Bee, Yup, the hug was just awesome.. Their hugs are always so all encompassing in conveying their love, and from RD, it conveys a mixture of tender protectiveness and bliss on his face every time.
If these scenes can reduce us grown women to such puddles, imagine the state of a tender teenager if they ever wtiness these scenes (they probably dont watch soaps, so they are spared !). God, save them if they do !!!
For his age and experience, Rithvik is growing by leaps and bounds in this role. for me, he stands above everyone now in PR in portraying intense scenes without any melodrama. That itself is an achievement !!!
To give credit to Asha, I dont think the intensity would be the same if he was paired with anyone else, atleast looking at the rest of the cast in PR. Their chemistry is what makes it so unique. Together, they make this love story REAL, and nowhere REEL... I have seen romances in various soaps, but never empathized with any couple so much. We feel their happiness, joy, despair and sadness very personally. It is very obvious with all the reactions on forum (atleast from the ARVians.). I saw something in Hitler Didi yesterday by chance (i dont watch it generally, it just airs before PR), and thought to myself ."God, get a grip !! Is that romance???"...See, ARVI has spoilt it all for me ...😛
Asha also has this capacity to show emotions very well, her eyes say it all. Her understated expressions talk more than her words. She portrays her emotions much better with her eyes than her tone.
Anyway, will stop gushing now.. For once, I just want a filler episode today with no dhamakas, as my heart cant take any more jhatkas...Just want to be in this haze for another day...There is always a thursday or friday to drive us into frenzy again...😃

My dear dear Shyamala,
👏⭐️👏⭐️
Thank you for indulging us all with your beautiful insights and very in depth analysis and rightly bestowing honors on DK and Purvi in today's episode (which i watched early this morning on the ipad as i missed it yesterday)...
DK - what more can be said, the man is so CLASSIC...love his and Arjun's interactions, they are such a treat, so much is expressed like you say- even his back was conveying so much without it speaking 😊...really love DK, and simply love how he started that shayari lines and Arjun completed them...how inspiring...
As for Purvi, OMG...😳😃👏⭐️ wonderful, how expressive she was FINALLY about her love for Arjun and how she pulls him into her umbrella..and how expressive her eyes are...Yes, her stammering and nervousness in front of her Aai, as though she is guilty fo some crimes, and then the first thing she says to Archana is sorry Aai, mein Arjun se milne gayi thi...and then she says i arranged for bail for him (yes did not like the accusatory tone of her Aai as to her whereabouts...but then again let us not go into that as we are talking of things good here and that the CVs have finally given us a beautiful episode)...
Arjun- too good- his unshaven jail look, and i think it was Jyothi or Bee who pointed out the similarities between his expressions outside of jail with Purvi and the airport confession scene...👏. Rain and ARVI.❤️😍🤗🥳..aaah...(let us hope the CVs take note of the fact that if we all are shown a romantic ARVI scene, WITHOUT RAIN you will faint 🤣)...Arjun is so gentlemanly, he even drops her - uski car nahi hai to kya hua- aam admi ki tarah he still drops her off in an auto, that was very sweet...
Thank you again for this treat Shyamala...😆

Ms. Sashashyam,

Im from the other end of the world... and i must say that even though i have never commented on one of your posts before, I read every word and appreciate every opinion.

So, you posed the question, should you delay and post later, selfishly I say NO, for I love your analysis and even more so, for those of us who are not fluent in Hindi, I appreciate your translations within your write up so that I can better understand the episode.

However, if it is detrimental to your health, then do what is best for you. Even if your post is redundant, it will still be read :-).

Dear Rachel,

If ever I feel downbeat and in need of a morale booster, I shall apply to you. You have enough pep to make a corpse get up and run a marathon!

Thanks a ton for all the very nice comments; they did me a lot of good.

It was fantastic as always. I never really have anything to say about analysis. You put all those emotions/feelings right up there. ⭐️

I've said this before and I'll say it now, once again that these posts brighten the spirit of PR and bring it to such a high and better level and remove those ugly spots of what is being given to us by the creatives. 👍🏼

They actually have a wonderful star cast with the best of the actors, both positive and negative. Lets hope they give us fresh twists and try and improve the quality of the show.

I liked how Purvi helped Arjun when he really needed her. They should more of this side of hers where she could go out of her way instead of being the dutiful daughter always. 😳

P.S : I should really stop commenting on this from now on. Lol, I love your posts sooo much man. I never think of anything of this while watching the show. 😆

Love

Rachel 🤗

Dear Ashlaika,

It is Shyamala. Thank you so much for the appreciation, it is always very welcome!

Your preference has been duly noted and I will try my best to oblige when the episode does call for a separate post. I have done three for the past 3 episodes, and it is getting a bit tough because of the late hours, but I will do my best. Your last sentence is extremely flattering, thanks again!

Shyamala

Dear Abhi,

I am glad you have enjoyed yourself so much with this episode and with my post as well. It makes the effort worthwhile! I do hope we are not in for any setbacks in the remaining 3 days; in fact it would be better if PR was on only for 4 days a week, like many other serials. Less of the yoyo effect and a longer, peaceful weekend for us all!

Jyothi! Well said and totally correct. I actually found myself doing the same thing! When I watch the other shows I start taking a closer look at the couples...and I do not see the same chemistry/love...nothing even in the ballpark. I see Hitler Didi too sometimes...and Punar Vivah.
I think you have hit on the real reason why so many of us fell for this cute young couple. Because you feel that what you are watching is very REAL. They are quite young...and take me back to when I was 22 years old finishing my Bachelors at university. Add to that the cute playfulness, clowning around, and chemistry we get to see in their offscreen segments and it just makes what we see on the show even more appealing.
Punar Vivah is very interesting because its technically supposedly doing better than PR in terms of the ratings and TRPs. I dont know if any of you follow it, but 2 days ago, Aarti finally realized that she does indeed love Yash. He, however, has not come around yet. There was also a rain sequence as well where she walks over hot coals and runs around in the pouring rain all over town to look for him since he is missing. She doesnt really confess to him since when she finds him he is unconscious.
But if we are to compare...the same situation...when Arjun realizes his love for Purvi...and when his attempts to reach her fail...drives through the rain to go to her...the intensity that Rithvik brought to that scene...and the way it was portrayed just knocked it out of the ballpark. And Asha's acting in terms of not wanting to realize and accept her softening towards him at first was phenomenal. It seemed just so very real...as if we were watching a real pair of colleagues slowly falling in love with each other in real life. Punar Vivah...just did not feel that. The actors are really really good and they are awesome...and you appreciate their delivery and acting as well...but thats just it...its obvious it is for the show...no real life parallel at all.

Add to that the cute playfulness and chemistry we get to see in their offscreen segments and it just makes what we get to see on the show even more appealing.
