This is what I wrote just couple of hours ago on Bee5' topic abt Purvi getting Arjun out of jail..Strictly my POV..
Bee I am happy for you.
I am glad to see Purvi did something and Arjun is out
But the DA in moi 😛 does not like how it was done ...CVs and their cockamime ways it was...There is a set process (Arraignment) which must be followed by all to get a bail amt assigned and get them out of prison...WTH & which judge is issuing bail docs at any time of the day or even at night and simply by some friend's daughter's words?? Anytime a person is in jail they have to wait until their day in court (Upto 48 hrs) for arraignment...Defendent to say yea or na to guilt-crime than for the judge to set a bail..Yet again they showed Purvi the great savior..I would have loved Purvi doing it thru the right channel and proper legal way it is done..
IN USA This personal judge Sukriti would have her license revoked for practicing "conflict of interest" helping a personal friend with favors...Escpecially skpping a protocol-Arraignment guilty-not guilty, how the bail amt is set & docs are made...Not in some lawyers home...
Purvi telling Archana about her meeting Arjun and getting him out of the jail and than apologizing for seeing him...Apologizing for hurting her mom's feelings...Archana tells "you were right at what u did" but but she never apologized for putting arjun under such a challenge which brought this on Arjun indirectly...She yet have not said she was wrong..
I am happy for u and the Arjun-Purvi fans for their Milan ki ghadi which was really nice outside of the police station and not in rain...I like RD's acting bit better than Asha's while romancing..He really lets his emotions out while she merely looks at him..
I wish DK had realized that Archana has put his son in such a precarious situation and could have destroyed his life just like she has done to Manav and their kids along with her marriage..😳
ADD: DK portrayed total non challant attitude just like he did towards ovi when Arjun broke up his engagement to her..No parent would just sit back and not say anything to a person who put the whole thing in action sitting in front of them and begging with bucket loads of tears to help his son...mind you without even saying "I am sorry due to my challenge Arjun was put in this precarious situation" Directly or indirectly Archana is somewhat responsible for Arjun's fate..If Aashna was alive DK's attitude and stand on helping Arjun or not would be out of question...Boy would not be even on streets...Arjun would not be even given challenge let alone accepting it...😳
Enjoy your moments dear.😃

FYI

Arraignment is a formal reading of a criminal complaint in the presence of the defendant to inform the defendant of the charges against him or her. In response to arraignment, the accused is expected to enter a plea. Acceptable pleas vary among jurisdictions, but they generally include "guilty", "not guilty", and the peremptory pleas (or pleas in bar) setting out reasons why a trial cannot proceed. Pleas of "nolo contendere" (no contest) and the "Alford plea" are allowed in some circumstances.

In federal courts in the United States, arraignment takes place in two stages. The first is called the initial arraignment and must take place within 48 hours of an individual's arrest, 72 hours if the individual was arrested on the weekend and not able to go before a judge until Monday.[1] During this arraignment the defendant is informed of the pending legal charges and is informed of his or her right to retain counsel. The presiding judge also decides at what amount, if any, to set bail. During the second arraignment, a post-indictment arraignment or PIA, the defendant is allowed to enter a plea.

Purvi..You go girl, ..Finally you stood up for your Arjun. Ovi supporters from yday..it's ok.. we accept your apology.
On another note, It feels like we've been seeing Arjun-Purvi getting soaked in rain everyday. How do RD & Asha handle this without catching a cold..they need a special blotter.

@bold red: Their immune system must be very strong to survive so much rain 😆

Wonderful analysis Shyamalaji, as always 😊! I am all smiles today😊!!!

Shyamalaji, your posts are such a delight to read that after watching the serial I am frantically looking for your analysis.. it not only brings a lot of relief to our troubled souls but provides us with an insight and fresh perspective to look into things more deeply😊.

I had a question for you though.. are there any other serials that you enjoy watching (analysing)...I might start watching them too...

Cheers,

Dear Shyamala,
It is a treat to read your write-up on the episode. You capture even the smallest little detail.

I too loved the scene outside the Police Station and their conversation. That was the best in the episode. The pride and admiration Arjun shows towards Purvi was too good.
And when she says "I mustered the courage and got the bail papers ready", he is listening to her with so much of encouragement and admiration. This scene reminded me of the airport confession when she narrates how she came in search of him and thought that she had missed him for her life. His reaction today was the same kind when she says "How could I have left you here" and he is listening to her nodding his head and all going "Awww my poor little girl, what all you did for me, I am so proud of you and no, I will never be far away from you".🤗

Now to what I did not like or found little dicey:
1. Archana's accusatory tone while enquiring about Purvi's whereabouts when she calls her on phone. She was like "we both left the police station at the same time, I did so much of other things like, went and talked to DK and am already back, so why aren't you back yet?" Meaning to say what the heck were you doing all this time! This reminded me of the scene where Archana drags Purvi by arm and says "You want to feed him right, come lets go together and feed him" (This scene happens after Archana summons Purvi back home when she had gone to deliver the dinner to Arjun on Sulo's insistance. )

2. Archana assuring Purvi that she did no wrong today and displaying "Understanding" of the action - that Purvi just did the same thing that Arjun did by saving Sulo. If Archana did understand this, then why Archana could not understand that her challenge was illogical and totally not required?

3. Archana telling Manav that I didn't wanted to hide anything from you. Hmmm .. 1st there are really a lot of things that she hasn't told Manav and then when she does tell she doesn't tell all the things properly. So, her statement today was like ... errr .. emmm ... whatever am I supposed to understand from it ?!🤔

Anyway, I too am waiting for a good interaction between DK & Purvi.

Still we are not out of the woods yet, Rahim has not gained consciousness and hopefully he will not be knocked off by the CVs and we don't know what is in store for us in future, but today, I don't want to hesitate in praising the CVs. "Give credit where it is due" was my thought when I wrote the "Thank You, CVs!!!" post. 😊

Bee,
I just loved a couple of scenes the most. Ofcourse, the whole 10 mts were awesome, but of all
1. The smiling look of love and tenderness on Purvi's face when Arjun turns his head back to see who bailed him out was just too good. I just went awww :)
2. The way Arjun picks her hand and puts it back in between his on the umbrella.
3. The smile of pride on Arjun's face when he tells DK that Purvi bailed him out was just very touching.
4. The happiness on Arjun's face when Purvi says that she cannot stay away from him was the BEST !!

And lastly, every time Arjun looks at Purvi lovingly ofcourse :):)

By the way. since when did Archana take the truth serum that she does not want to hide things from Manav !!!!! What nobility !! Even half truths are considered not being upfront by the way. In the same breath, she doesnt tell him what Arjun did for Aaji.

It is such a breath of fresh air to see a matured parent child rship of DK-Arjun. Some seem to call it indifference of DK for Arjun but I dont think so. He is treating his son as an adult and respecting his wishes. Ofcourse, if it gets worse I am sure he would step in.

Yes, i hope that they show some repentence from Her Highness too..But not holding my breath for it. Let us see what they do to that angle. Arjun might still be not out of the woods. He is the one who brought the car to the garage from the middle of the road when someone abandoned it. That bothers me. And that rahim guy might conk off or worse go into coma or much worse have the case of mistaken identity and say it was arjun. Anything is possible. Hmm...

Varsha, I don't expect much from Cvs. They have time and again showed a flawed storyline, so expecting anything but that, is just plain stupidity. But I am glad you made this post, because in a forum like this frank and honest discussion is what I look for. Besides, such flawed tracks does sends out the wrong messages within and outside the country, so an honest assessment that all girls are not as lucky as Purvi or getting a bail isn't just about knowing a judge personally(besides how many have such luck in reality)is refreshing.

Anyway, I am curious to know if in reality a bail can be obtained this easily or in this way in India, any lawyers in the forum??
