Hi Folks
To be frank I really dont like how they portraying both Savita n Manav...Savita being shown as a person in may be depression or dont know what mysterious disease shown in evil light n Manav been as shown as a ignorant emotional fool in order to may be show Archu as the saviour with a really pathetic approach of taking physical n mental abuse...Really this is not conveyng right meaning to viewers watching...A evil saas,a foolish sasur ,an ignorant n dumb husband n a dumb Bahu bitten hard by Manavphobia ready to take abuse...
Is this what CV's want to show to the viewers and who idolize Archu that they should take all abuse n crap for her husband happiness...This show is being so regressive...CV's need to show Archu's love for Manav in a right happy positive way not taking abuses n curses for him...Damn they are showing women to be like a puppet in her sasural who can be manipulated to the core and are also degrading Saas value...
In today's world I would see there are instances where there are evil saas n bholi Bahu n also other way around is also there...This show is suppose to have some moral for viewers n not show regressiveness to the core...I just hope that in days to come they show come good close relationship of Savita-Archu that is very imp for the USP of the show...Hope CV's consider these aspects for at least their TRP's which is not great at the moment!!!

JS I was rolling my eyes listening to Archu's explanation to ULM..She really believes that Savita is getting better & is going back to her old self😲 as Archu eggs her on or gets her mad she is improving how 😕 I don't like Savita, ULM or Archu characters..All are so off..
As an actor why would one want to portray a role of submissive wife? Archu is considered to be a role model than all girls might as well not get married to put up with so much regressive crap..
I did not enjoy ME or today's episode..Savita is portrayed as jealous, mean MIL using her sickness to abuse DIL...DIL thinks being nasty will bring MIL- Son closer Damo the loser husband to Savita 😡 and Vandu another loser of a daughter who just stands there with same silly expressions..🤢
No matter what Archu was trying to do I did not like her pushing Savita which caused her saree to catch fire and she hit her head on the kitchen platform....That is one point is bothering me..It was so much out of character..Then she is wondering where Aai was? As if she did not push her...Savita was supposed to be following behind her 😳
Although I am glad Archu told ULM the truth but ULM should have know better to give her BOD as he should have trust in Archu that there has to be an explanation to the whole thing...Trust and faith is missing still..😳
Archu the WIFI is willing to lie, take abuse for what? Love of her life so he can be close to his MOMMA? Now that is ManavPhobia or obsession for ULM and his love...
There has to be a better way in bringing D family closer...Not by using this cockamamie ideas and strategies..👎🏼🤔
Does Sulo or her other daughters ever think how much they have abused ULM in front of public and his own family? Some soul searching has to happen here on both Ks and Ds what they have done to be where they are today..
Satish is a good husband but again I find him little too much softy giving in to Varsha...She is not deserving of that at all IMHO...Yes for a good wife he is considered to be the best husband material but NO WAY Varshu deserves his understanding IMHO...She needs to drop her attitude and come down to earth that world does not circle around her and her only...Others have feelings and wishes too..

S Varsha in PR no characters is normal ,there is one extreme in form of Savita being portrayed n on other side guys like Satish shown too softy n too innocent ...There is nothing close to reality now a days in PR...
I am so sad Varsha that the fact initially I loved about PR was the down to earth reality that was shown those early golden days of PR when it started. It was so real with good storyline but now everything is gone to a toss..Hope CV's do something here for TRP sake at least!!!

personally, i cant stand archana's methods of treatment these days. i have constantly said that savita is suffering from acute depression of losing her sons ( one permenantly and the other is distancing himself). thus she needs to be under the care of a DOCTOR with nurses appointed to care for her and monitor her behavior.

and archu's constant jaap of savita's fighting nature is annoying. so far, archana has managed to RILE savita. thats it. she is still the same depressed woman, who has lost interest in life.
the point is to make savita HAPPY not make her FIGHT with others. archu is compeltely missing the point.

and like many say, archu should have taken control of the situation WAY BEFORE by being more assertive.

also, MANAV should make more effort in reaching out to his mother and not let archu do his dirty work.

savita gets some "maafi" as she is sick and under that criteria is behaving as she should, but that doesnt excuse her from slapping archana and using it to lure manav from archana.
but this brings back the point of archana's stupidity and her silly methods to cure savita.

I don't like the way the characters are being written either. Archana should not take anymore abuse, I don't care what the reasons are she has suffered enough. I was disappointed in Manav for the way he scolded Archana, I thought his days of mistrusting his wife were over but sadly they aren't. Then there is Savita who was diagnosed as being ill yet seems just fine when she abuses Archana.

Varsha, I think except for Archana and maybe, manav, the others are all not so unrealistic. Ok, even Manav I can see shades of realism. None of the characters are role models, mind you, but I think they're realistic with some exaggeration. It's Archana's character that I find so completely unrealistic, and if that's how a woman in love behaves, then maybe I'm not in love enough 😆 But I do think Satish is a really well written and good character---true, he shouldn't have taken back Varsha so soon. But there are people like that in real life, and he's so good and has principles and a moral compass, and a sensible mind and good heart on top of that. He is more of a lead than the ARMAN any day-if any character in PR should be taken as a role model, it is him. He is more "good" and sensible and everything than ARMAN, a fact that is repetitively shown whenever he comes on screen I think.

Jai I agree with you.. These characters were somthing different when they started off.. Esp Savita Aai and Manav but today they are some thing else.. When it comes to Archana what I feel is she was a sweet girl who a had a inferiority complex and her world was only her family. After she met Manav she started loving him and for one mistake she made by not believing Manav when Ajit framed him she blames herslef.. This has turned into Phobia.. She cant loose Manav at any cost... You rightly say Archana has Manav phobia...
She took the abuses initially as it was her nature...
Even when she was at her home Varsha and Vaishu thugh loved her but always reminder her of being not educated... Manju did not spare Archana even once.. She was taking all these abuses without any complaints though she was hurt..
Even today she is taking the abuses from Savita Aai the only change being this time she is doing for Manav's happiness.. She feels doing this is the duty of a wife.. I feel blamimg her mom and her education...
Savita Aai was shown as determined and greedy women who loves to fight.. But now she is shown more of stubborn and her love for Manav has increased 3 folds suddenly.. I can say this might be coz of Sachin's death.. But dont want to comment of her illness..
Manav - He was never like this anytime.. He has always taken abuses for Archana's sake.. He loves Archana... Never ever tried to raise his voice.. Even when his family was falsely jailed he only spoke to Vinod rudely and tried to twist Archana's hand i garage (though he felt bad doing this.. He would not have done that if Vandu was not involved in this) but never doubted her.. He always knew she cannot do anything of that sort... But yesterday we saw a completely different Manav... He was not believing his wife and felt she tried to burn his mom.. Unbelievable... That would be the last thing Archana can do... Manav should have known this by now... But alas what matters is CV's stupidity...

I agree. The characterizations are off. The kitchen scene was very unsettling to me bc it was so extremely out of character fir archana. It made no sense that she would have a physical altercation w/ her saas-- push her and leave her behind?? That even seems way off from archu's original plan of bullying her saas into recovery. I'm sorry, but I just can't shake that scene bc it seemed so out of place and uneccessary and bizarre.
Oh, and I wanted to say, y is everyone calling archu's bimari manav-phobia? That implies she has a fear of manav. Whereas I'm assuming u all mean she has a fear of losing him... She's got more of a Manav-complex i'd say.

Yeah I could not digest that bullying scene...It was more of aphysical violence pushing an older age MIL and walking away...One know how much pushing and shoving happened for her not to realize what could have happened to Savita..
Also I agree abt ULM complex or obsession...Phobia is to lose him indeed..ULM is more of her weakness than the strength IMHO..😳
