It all started with Dharmu deciding to retrench some workers as the new machine he has ordered doesnt require so much labour . A big meeting took place in which sparks flew .

Personally I felt Fat boy D could have annouced this after their Ganesh Chaturthy Function...Wrong timing IMHO...

FBD is totally right just lil high strung how he talks 😳 and I dont like Satish's stand, support and bias towards Archu and workers...He is partner and must understand business...Ain't charity here..

Satish objected . This is UNFAIR to the workers , said the kind , noble soul .

Nonsense , said Dharmu , business like as ever . We are giving them enough notice period to look out for other jobs . When this machine requires only one labourer not ten , why employ the other nine . Less labour , mOre production and saving money equals to EXCELLENT BUSINESS . Whatever Im doing is within law and not something that companies dont do .

My comment : Hard , ruthless , cruel , as he seems to many .........Dharmesh is RIGHT . If he has a machine that does NOT require ten labourers , why the hell shud he keep all ten ? This is BUSINESS , not CHARITY . If he is giving them adequate compensation and adequate notice period , u cant fault him . Satishs arguments were not in accordance with BUSINESS . His behaviour to Jay was sharp and RUDE . He clearly shows favoritism to Archu . Dharmu is ruthless but FAIR .Although Archu is his saali , he pointed out correctly that she had no business being there too , and if she was there , why not Jay , as they were all in management . Besides what is Satishs solution to this ..........that inspite of the machine Dharmesh shud pay salaries to ten extra workers ? Or shud he never bring in imported machines for progress ? Satish has to decide if he is running a charity show or a business .

Also ..........Jay is his saali's fiancee .How about giving him some respect and not antagonising him so blatantly ? He was just politely giving his opinion . Wont this be awkward for Satish in future ?

That said : I love Satish .😃 I am losing my respect for Satish the way he keeps quiet @ certain confrontational situation and here in factory supporting Archu over his partner..😳

Meanwhile Archu came out like a Dukhi Atma and with a heavy heart read the list of all the workers who were being chucked from their jobs . When Ajit Lokhande and Manav Deshmukhs names were read , Bhagwan became all omni divine and omni wrathful .

She reacted to Ajit and Manav's names on the list...Rest were just faltoo people and had loads of money to feed their pets...Only people were affected were Manav and his relatives...Archu ka ex sasural hai na This girl has no business-professional skills..Even while reading the notice she was crying...She is management..Why can't she show some assertiveness and confidence 🤔

My comment : The scene rocked . Show us more such JHAGDALU scenes where workers throw splotchy red tomatoes on Dharmus face as he steps out of the car . Show the workers going to SUBZI MANDI early morning to buy rotten vegetables in wholesale rates . Splotchy tomatoes , sadela cucumbers and MOLDY cauliflowers will do FINE . Show them PELTING Dharmu and Jay with it . Show Holy Archu rUNNING to stop them and slipping on a splotchy tomato and FALLING right in MEanie Prakash's arms , her pallu totally slipping ad under her feet and ALL the workers GAPING . Then show Meanie Prakash tottering home in a DAZED STATE after all that DARSHAN inspite of the Amma Blouses .

Jays Mom told Chubby about Holy Archu and Bhagwans liasons . They r ROAMING together KHULLE AAM she said , bugged . My friends saw them shopping and travelling by RICK . Please tell ur daughter to BEHAVE. I feel as if I did a BIG MISTAKE by accepting this RISHTA .And u know what I didnt like ur daughter calling the DESHMUKHS for OUR SAGAAI . It was TOO MUCH .
