These are 2 sides of a coin . Dharmu made a business decision which is correct from his POV , he shud have consulted with satish first though as these decisions arenormally taken after discussing with partners . satish may have been alarmed by that , but having been bogged down with his prosnal issues, decided not to follow his head but his heart .. He shudnt have been rude to Jay... Dharmu instead of kicking out the workers shud have engaged them in other roles in his factory , i mean manual labour could have been used in other departments to increase productivity thereby reaping profits .... But Dharmesh always thinks of Manav as one big Thorn ... I guess he is still mad at the fact that Archu and satish dumped him and Ajit on him , when he clearly did not want to take them in his factory .

Manav and other workers are right in this outburst at having lost their jobs, but they cud have been a little less aggressive . Thoda chillum chilli is allwoed after all its a factory not a fortune 500 company ... Natija bura hone wala hai , daraar padne waali hai ......more mish mash of PR ....
