Hai Kool Di. Nice,Excellent commentary asusual.Enjoyed reading it. Oh that throwing tomatoes and about pets was so good di.😆😆.

I too wish as TB wished,Manohar would be ther. Then his expressions are to be watched and Your take on it will be super fabulous.....I would have been doing non-stop😆😆😆.......

I think all three of them(Dharmu,Rasika, and manav) had flaws, though dharmu with being lesser flaws.Just now I posted my view on it in Tanya Di's thread.

Dharmu was 100% right professionally and as a Bussiness man. When the employee has the right to switch their job for their future prosperity by giving intimation before a certain period ,then same goes for employer too. if employess doesn't satisfy with the job(when they needs more),they changes to other one, so in same way, when employer doesn't need or not satisfied with the emloyee then he too can dismiss them adhering to rules and regulations.

By saying this,DHarmu was legally correct, but where he would have done better is,he would have explained the same norms (and his plight and comapny needs)to workers before asking his supervisior to read the names.
We know it as he said to sathish he would be giving time and compensation but workers didn't know. And some may be illetrate to know the conditions and norms.so if is explainesd to them they will be less emotional and angered .

Manav anger at archu is so wrong. It will not be justified by any means.

Okk. by all these fights, how it will be solved before sunday special epi.😕

Vidyasu interesting and informative posts . . I think the idea is not to give such details at all .The fundamental idea of the slipshod story is this ............ . Dharmesh is a strict but fair businessman who decides to substitute machines with manual labour .Its THIS ACT thats being called villainous and its this fACT that will be flung in this show . How he hired , How he fired is of no importance to CVS at all . What they r trying to show is he is well within his rights to fire but SHOULD HE ? What about the humanatarian factor ? That is the
question they r trying to put .
And The answer given by Dharmesh ..that thats their lookout is PERFECT .
I agree with GM and I will remark on this in todays commentary .

Awesome commentary Kool dii😃
PR menz Rock.............more than any other serials except CID😆
Loved Manav today....uski awaz sunana accha laga, his finger was talking more😆
I didnt like how dharmu handled the situation, this situation has to be handled sensitively......
He has so many companies they can be adjusted in others....
And I thought Manav is very honest hardworking , loyal worker, how can he be reomved, on what grounds are they removed??
Labour court or any court can solve this problem and sometimes it works in favour of workers....I hope this happens
OMG itne posts padhne hai
