Understandably Manav is the male lead and the hero.Has many fans.Hence,CVs cant actually afford to show harsh realities of company life.Its not so goody goody that savita,RA etc r anyday entering dharmeshs' cabin n lashing him out.The watchman wud justnot let them enter.EVen better,Dharmesh cud employ police personnel and just throw them out.

Obviously they wont show any such thing.ONly RA will make some vague moves.Manav will be grateful to her.Dharmesh will take back his decision.Though I dont want to see Manav winning this time.

I can understand why Manav has never risen in his career.Not only bcoz he lacks ambition but also bcoz he lacks professionalism and work ethics.

Excellent post GM...totally am with ya..👏 I so wish D had not given into Archu when she took him on Poor Chawl pilgrimage to show him what poverty is...He should have remained strong...So now everyone from Ds or Ks and their mothers can walk into the factory abt personal issues...I dont like family and friends working in same business if I owned one...Too much hungama...It has became natak company now...

Dharmesh has his points but its his way of handling business compared to the way Satish would. Satish is compassionate and I am sure he would have found something else for those workers to do instead of firing them in an instant.

Mandy , Its not the job of the company or management to 'FIND SOMETHING ELSE" for the workers .They r all bIG BOYS who join company signing papers that give them a full idea that if company policies change they will have to go . The company can at the most give them a fair notice period to look for other jobs. Bas .

the PR world is very small , all the relatives working in the same company, Archu & manav shopping in the same shop.

It seems CV's are just trying to drag as much as they can.

I do agree that FBD has a little harsh or high strung way of talking but he is not wrong...He is confident and assertive...While Satish is calm and more compasionate...not always thinking with business perspective in mind...

I worked for #1 company of US for 23 1/2 yrs in MGMT capacity...It was always adviced to us "Needs of the business" even when it was concerning taking our own earned vacations...

Company has any and all rights to change things according to economic and business trend...This is not something new...It has been going on for ever...Upper mgmt is looking at a bigger picture and employees are looking at picture at their own smaller level...Not to be rude but the fact is they are @ the end of the totum pole..

Change is the only constant thing...If u can't deal with change than u might as well sign off....
