Precisely for these reasons its waste, waste and sheer waste of time watching such kind of serials, designed only to be prolonged as much long as their never ending looping generate TRP based revenue.( sniff, sniff… another mastery in art of manipulating High TRPs for a rubbish product? And why not if the stake is millions of rupees in revenue?) And in this single minded pursuit they give a damn to the story line, they give a damn to the character consistency or they give a damn to some simple concept like plausibility or believability. They pose some character with a certain stand and some antagonist with opposition but within a few weeks or months they may turn over both in exact opposite direction with the whole plot also turned topsy- turvy and lo they have created- no pardon, engineered a shock! Here is another round of extra TRPs. But why should they be criticized? At least they are savvy at their job, which is to produce a long lasting revenue generating product, and not to 'create' some masterpiece of fiction. But I suspect, after a time, even on that count they start losing their grip, for how long can you extract juice from the same stalk of a cane? And then they will move onto another fresh raw material.

When yesterday I read your satire, I was mildly surprised to hear the news of that much required 'positive selfishness' in that over dose of 'decency' called Archana. But when today I saw the episode, I was amazed more at Archana's scripting. I found Shravani more insolent then arrogant, down right out of place in her demands, but Archana?...more arrogant in her assertions then the self preservations and absolute opposite to the stands or promises she had made hardly a month or two ago ( on the scale of telecast time line )-and even more impertinent in those assertions then the offender. Surely, script writers are running out of their tricks and inevitably they will turn to even more bizarre story lines in their attempt to hold on. Best of luck to them.

No one insults her bhagwan in front of younger sisters husband , it looks BAD . Kool I too disagree with her blasting Manav but I do not agree with your POVs about why, how where or when she should have done it, if at all. She is his boss and some bosses do act like that.

She did not see him as her Bhagwan today, she saw him as her subordinate.

I Dont hav a problem her blasting manav wen he is wrong,but atleast she shld know d reason before blasting him or any1.And wen she claims she knows manav very well,she shld know na he wont fight wid anybody 4 no reason. The reason 4 the fight was archana. she was giving extra importance to manav.giving tiffin,ajit a job,foofoo scene etc. so people wil comment na.she shld get her facts clear before getting into conclusions.

I agree with Varsha about protocol . Agree with u too abt the fact that firings r done elsewhere at times too but it is in bad taste , employees dont take to it kindly . Unions dont . Hence they follow protocol as they step gingerly around these workers , but obviously Archna , who asks Chand rupayon ke liye DIL toda doesnt understand it .Not just that Dharmy CANT fire in just one shot ........he has to issue notice giving reasons as Worker Union will ask for it . Bosses have their own LIMITS . Jaywant seems to be the only one nOT stupid there. On every level , professional and personal , her conduct was wrong . They took her to heights yesterday ............and dashed her to the ground today .Silly CVs , Im more angry with THEM .As samarth said , no consistency .

If Dhammu made a bad decision,bad policy,no policy whatever,

Archu,Jaywant both can question him -it being his company doesnt mean he runs it without

policies and spontaniety and is then unfair to some with a whim-what if they trade union or something?strikes happen over smallest of things.

If it was performance bonus or profit sharing,I will not object but it did not seem like that.More

like the way diwali or new year gifts are announced,everybody gets it,in many smaller companies even new hires

I am being fair here KoolDi and not judging one scenario bcoz of the other.

Archu went emotionally overboard with manav's case,granted he refused to cite a reason the last time he had panga with Prakash,Dhammu and Jaywant asked him several times.

But as a supervisor,she shud have kept her cool,called an ambulance for both the guys to be treated,thenasked Dharmesh to do the enquiry - her need to even pass a judgement in such a delicate and shocking circumstance was uncalled for - I really appreciate Jaywant for that -u need to judge when u talk or ur superior does.This was a very bad scenario totally,only Dharmesh or Satish shud talk.
