What was Dhammu's bonus-it's a bogus term used here I think. It dint seem like performance bonus,he was giving it in his marriage khushi,more like a gift - we do get both at our workplace too,proft sharing as well as gifts for exceptional occasions .

Gifts r entitled to all and equally,and exemptions by tenure like 30 day new hire etc. are company policy outlined during hiring.

In case its not performance bonus and just a gift,and Dhammu had no tenure policy outlined,then Archu was partially right(she forgot the second guy) and Dhammu totally wrong😆😉

I think Dhammu is fuzzy at his own work here - his policies and terms are by spontaneity.All gas talking,no thinking😡

Poor My-Jay 😭has to do Dhammu's and Archu's wrk - and Manav's too once he is suspended -and everybody calls him bad 😭

If u really wanna know I was super pissed with her for firing Manav in front of Dharmesh her jeeju .If he is her husband in her mind , one does NOT fire Hubby in front of Sisters husband in this way .Im a bit old fashioned , Im sorry . It JUST didnt jell with me , after saying he is my Bhagwan and what not . First she called him Bhagwan and didnt show recognition in front of workers In her function in front of Dharmesh .Again in front of Dharmesh she fired him like a dog . That pissed me . Some one needs to point out her hypocrisy from time to time.

It may be hipocrisy, but it was un intensional. archu is properly trained in etiquette's . she stopped going from the age of 13 . then after marraige she got associated with the D company, which isn't normal . she is behaving accordingly.

first of all she was't given any formal required for the post of supervisor.I am also old fashioned but luckly we are not delusional .
