She really needs space so that she can think about herself. She doesn't get the chance and what free time she has, she is now running around for the business.

She told him she needs him as a friend and a guide but the truth is that she still wants him to be her her hero, she still wants him as a father (figure), maybe even more than before but she has gotten into the habit of not asking for much from life and like HS, seems to have gone into compromise mode after the wedding.

Their situation is almost tragic but beautiful.

Half the time Minnie herself isn't convinced of what she says nowdays. Where is the girl gone who was so sure of herself? 🥺

When will she realise to live for herself and understand what SHE needs? Mickey touched upon it but one song dance sequence won't do anything. She needs to work upon this.

I swear if she confronts HS haq se about the father-daughter expectations or even blurts it out during an outburst, I'll be dancing in my room the entire night.

Awwwiee....he can cook jali hui daal for her and Mini can cook that beswada omelette for him again😆.....dono bad cooks mil kar ek dusre ka khaana khaayenge pyar se😆

Haha I'm not saying he has to ask her to love him less....but if this is still the same HS who understands responsibility and discipline, then he should atleast say SOMETHING to remind her of her other responsibilities too beyond drowning in his love. Baat maturity ki hai....yeh nahin ki pyar kam karo ya zyada.

Haan par Babita to aise interpret kar sakti hai ki HS doesn't want her to be obsessively in love with him. For her she's just starting this journey of being in love. Doob jaana chaahti hai, not doob gayi hai. Abhi bhi bohot kuch karegi ya kahegi iss ke baare mein.

Chaddo ji, I can't stop laughing.🤣

Yes, and she can be reminded of exactly how they felt the night before they were about to leave the haveli.

Exactly. I feel somehow she has again pulled herself back, not accepting what HS offers her - unconditional love and support - not necessarily as a father but as a mentor.

Ofcourse it was HS who severed the bond but then, Mini needs to realise that trust once broken can be rebuilt again. Not just here but even for life. She IS missing this in her life. And she refuses to acknowledge it.

I don't know what stopped her from telling HS that Babita isn't concentrating on her business or that they've an important order. Like a snail she has retracted in her shell. Why Mini why? Open your arms once again. And HS won't disappoint you. Cause just as she doesn't have any experience in being a daughter, he too is a newborn father.

Also one more thing that comes to my mind - that Mini too broke his trust once by doubting his intentions. But he ignored all of it for his love for her. Why can't Mini let go just ONE, one mistake of his?

Thank you!

Once bitten, twice shy. She was never taught or hasn't learnt to have expectations from anyone or anything. She was so pleasantly surprised each time HS or Mickey has understood her.

Why do you think she attached herself so immediately to HS and NB? I'm sure she was floored by the maturity these elders were showing, having never seen anything of the sort before.

She truly has retracted into her shell now. That analogy is perfect. I hope this is shown to be a learning curve for her. There's no clear divide between sensible/responsible adults and those on the other side.

HS can falter and Babes can be trusted to make her own decisions. Minnie doesn't have to love them any less or believe in them any less for it.

Edit: also, I think what hurt Minnie the most was that he never followed up with her regarding the CD. He only trusted her once the proof was in his hand.

Which makes no sense character wise, pehle toh. 🤔

But anyway, remember HS shrugging off Minnie after the appendicitis track and her not letting go? I was hoping for a similar kind of apology. Yes, the GP was beautiful, but sit and have a conversation, please.

Babita talking about love just sounds damn artificial to me cuz she has no clue what she's talking about.......lol but agar HS ko ismein khushi milti hai toh lagaa rahe😆

All these times Ashnoor has made me feel so strongly for this character, it's amazing. 👏

But yeah, you're right. The headstrong nature won't go away so easily. I just want her to slowly understand to sometimes let things flow. To let life happen organically rather than force situations. She quite her mother's daughter sometimes.

I really hope the business doesn't go bust. It might be a necessary jolt, but it won't be good for Minnie. She has this one thing to her name and she has worked equally hard as her mother. It's hers as much as Babita's. Especially now that HS said the haveli is his and her mother's.

That Sindoor dialogue... I have no words. I'm just going to ignore this 20th century thinking.

It's clear with the Chachi track that there will be other aspects of her equation with HS that will be questioned or challenged, let's see.

Agree, Ashnoor has done a fab job portraying Minnie's emotions.

To be honest, I think she needs HS to also help her realize that her own dreams and wishes are important. You remember what he told her after the proposal that she shouldn't stop chasing her dreams.

I wan't them to talk about such things and for him to make her realize that she needs to think about what she wants and the direction she wants to take in life.

I am sure she can tell him this in one of their heart-to-heart conversations but I'd love it more if it comes up during an outburst. I remember their audio confrontation scene where HS was stunned when she told him exactly how much she idolized him and how much she wanted to be like him. That has stayed with him since, so the other day when he asked if he was still her hero, the confrontation came to mind. It was painful to watch.

Dancing? Main to party karungi.

Yeah but according to HS it was all a drama for babita. Writers ruined some really genuine moments of past to justify current track.
