Kunal was a perfect husband, father and lawyer in the following weeks. Since only they knew that Siddhi was pregnant he alone took care of Siddhi making sure she ate on time, didnt over-exert herself. Sometimes Siddhi was too tired to play with Sia and then Papa Kunal would take over and make sure Sia never felt less cared for. And he also balanced with professional responsibilities with personal responsibilities by taking over some part of siddhi's work.
8 weeks later
Kunal and siddhi were lying on the bed. Kunal was working and siddhi was lreading a book on healthy pregnancy. She suddenly bent over and kissed Kunal! Kunal was surprised but happy with the sudden display of emotion
Kunal: Kya hua jaan? Aaj mujh par kaise pyar aa gaya?
Siddhi: You are just so amazing. You have taken care of me so well and sia and the office. Today i am three months along and i was so scared something would go wrong in thisperiod. But you took care of everything
Kunal: NOTHING will go wrong and soon we will have a cute and healthy baby girl in our hands 😳
Siddhi: Ladki kyun.. we already have Sia.. now we should ..
Kunal: we have sia and isnt she amazing!!! i want another daughet who is just like you.. just a little less ziddi..
Siddhi: But i want a mini-Kunal... who is as akdoo as you!!!
Kunal: Fine.. there's only one way to solve this problem!! we'll have twins 😉
Siddhi: Kunal!! But seriously it doesnt matter if its a boy or girl.. it'll be a symbol of our love!
Kunal: Yes! Siddhi we should tell Sia now! she was so excited about being a big sister!
Siddhi: Yes!! and we should also tell maa-papa
Kunal's face suddenly went dark
Siddhi: Kunal gussa thook dijiye.. jaise aap sia aur baby se itna pyar karte hai waise hi maa papa humse pyar karte hai!

Kunal: Tumhare liye to jaan bhi haazir hai! Fine but they have to change their attitude towards Sia!
Next morning kunal and siddhi told sia that she would soon have a baby brother or sister... Sia was ecstatic. She kissed kunal and siddhi and then insisted on kissing the baby in Siddhi's belly!
Sia: Mummy you see! I'll be the best big sister!!!
Kunal and Siddhi: We know angel!!!
Kunal and siddhi went to office After work siddhi wanted them to go to chopra house to give them the good knews. But kunal wasnt keen on going. So sidhhi went alone
Later at night
Siddhi: Kunal maa-papa bahut khush the!! you should have seen them !
Kunal: Thats nice!
Siddhi: Kunal Maa bache ke liye pooja rakhwana chahti hai!
Kunal: WHY? i dont want them to be so closely involved
Siddhi: Kunal woh Maa hai humaari! please apna gussa chodiye! And bache ke liye rakhi pooja ko na mat boliye!!
Kunal: Theek hai baba!!
Next day at the Pooja
Veena insisted that Siddhi wear the sari she bought her. Siddhi went in to change while the others looked into the pooja arrangements
Panditji: Behenji ye aapke bete bahu ka pehla bacha hai ya..
Veena: Ji Panditji! Pehla bacha hai
Kunal was seething with rage
Kunal: Ji nahi panditji.. doosra bacha.. humaari ek badi beti bhi hai!
Veena took kunal to a side..
Veena: Kunal to yeh kya
Kunal: Nahi maa mai nahi aap kya keh rahi thi! Yeh humaara doosra bacha hai aur Sia pehli! Yeh mat sochiyega ki maine aapko maaf kar dia hai
Main sirf siddhi ke liye yaha aaya hoon!!
Veena didn say anything more..Just then siddhi came in looking very beautiful. Kunal went up to her
Kunal: You really are glowing!! Amazing
Siddhi smiled and blushed. The pooja went off without a hitch. Afterwards the choptas had arranged for a terrific lunch for guests. Kunal and Siddhi were surrounded by people congratulating them After a while seems rescued siddhi and took her off to eat something.
Kunal began looking for sia. She had been with ishani anokhi last but had wandered off in between. Kunal looked all over and found sia sitting in a quiet corner. He noticed that she had tear stains on her face
Kunal; kya hua princess???
Sia: Kuch nahi papa!!
Kunal: Papa aur sia mein no secrets! Ab batao!
Sia: Papa... woh dadi aur unki friend shalma aunty baat kar rahi thi.. ki woh.. aap aur mumma baby ko zyada love karoge kyunki woh aapka apna baby hai .. aur Sia thoda sad ho gayee... par shayad fair hai.. SIa ke do sets of mummy-papa hai.. to aap baby ko zyada love karo to sahi hai!!!
Papa.. aap sia ko less love kar sakte ho.. but aap sia ko door to nahi bhejoge na!!!
Kunal choked as he began speaking!!
Kunal: Baby!!! Aisa kuch nahi hai.. Papa aur mumma sia ko utna hi pyar karenge jitna new baby ko karenge...
Sia: Sach Papa!!
Kunal: Yes angel... aur baby bhi apni sia didi se bahut pyar karega..
Kunal hugged sia and pickedher up.. he took her to seema..
Kunal: Seema siddhi kidhar hai?
Se: Bhaiya woh room mein thodi der rest kar rahi hai
Kunal:Accha!! Seema sia ko uske paas le jao aur jab tak main na kahoo bahar mat lana!
Kunal went off to veena.. She was still talking to Mrs Sharma
Kunal: How dare you two say such things!!!
Veena: kUNAL!
Kunal: We will nevr love sia less.. i cant believe that my own mother doesnt understand my love for my daugher!! enough is enough.. i cam here for siddhi but now we are leaving!!!
And dont mention any of this to siddhi.. i dont want her to get stressed..
Kunal went to siddhi and told her it was time to leave. A few moments later he had left with Sia and Siddhi!!
