After SINAL marriage I had felt that it would be easier for kunal to fall in love than siddhi. After all Kunal had loved a witch like Richa and Siddhi had loved a gem like Anand. While I love the SINAL love story here is a different take: Kunal falls in love with Siddhi first
Timeline: November end. After Rohit-Nisha case
Its just after the Thakral-Kunal confrontation for keeping Siddhi late in office. Siddhi has fallen asleep. Kunal is writing his diary
You know Chhote. You were right and I was wrong. Siddhi is a remarkable person and we are similar in many ways. She has so much honesty and integrity in her, And the way she loves you... Its incredible. She married ME and the way she takes care of all of us.. You were right. Siddhi is a remarkable person

A few weeks later. Its Anand birthday. The family had gone to Shirdi. But Kunal and Siddhi both had work commitmnets and couldn't go.
In the morning
Kunal got up. This was a difficult day for him. His Anand was no more. How was he expected to react? It was his birthday. Every year he would get Anand something he dearly wanted. Even during the five years he hadnt been working he had managed to fulfill Anand's wish.
Kunal looked at Siddhi. Her eyes were red and swollen. She looked devastated. And he realized what was aNAND'S wish this year. He needed to make Siddhi smile. For Anand.
He offered to drop her to office. But she declined. He called her up in the afternoon proposing that they have lunch together. But she declined again.
Kunal: No worries. I will make you smile this evening.
In the evening Siddhi returns home to find the Chopra house in darkness. She enters and the lights turn on. The house was decoraated with Anand's pictures all around. Pictures that she hadnt even seen earlier. In teh center Kunal was standing and there was a birthday cake that said. "Happy Birthday Anand."
Kunal: Good you are back, We will celebrate Anand's birthday and I will introduce you to the Anand you dont know.His childhood, his growing up years.
Siddhi (the whole day's strain got to her) ARE YOU CRAZY??? ANAND IS DEAD.. HE WILL NEVER COME BACK.. HE LEFT ME ALL ALONE IN THE WORLD...
She was yelling but soon she began crying... Kunal took her into his strong arms.. soothing her ...
Siddhi: Kunal, how am i supposed to move on? Everyone said that i would move on with time.. But I will never be able to move on.
Kunal: i understand your pain. But today is Anand's birthday. A day to celebrate his life not morun his death.
Siddhi: (wiping away her tears )You are right.
They cut Anand's birthday cake.. And spend a happy evening celebrating Anand's short but wonderful live..
I will never be able to move on..Siddhi said that today.. And I felt a sharp pain hearing that. Of course she is young and has a long life ahead of her. So i feel sad for her.. But there was somethig else. Something that was hurting me a lot...
