Two months later
Siddhi: Kunal...
Kunal: Haan bolo na.. tab se kunal kunal keh rahi ho... aage bhi to bolo
Siddhi: Kunal i think i might be... woh main.. i think i am pregnant..
Kunal looked up to see siddhi blushing wildly her cheeks red as tomatoes..He picked her up and swung her around..then put her down realizing he might be hurting the baby
Kunal: lets go to the doctoR!!
Siddhi: kunal i havent even done the home pregnancy test yet
Kunal: Arey baba.. tum home test karogi.. phir jo bhi result aaye kahogi yeh galat ho sakta hai .. aur phir doctor ke paas jaaogi.. isliye lets hurry things up and go to the doctor directly!!
Outside the hospital
Siddhi: Kunal!! AAP itne excited hai.. you realize that this might be a false alarm. And then you'll be all disappointed... with me..
Kunal: Are you crazy?? I can never be disappointed with you.. plus both of us are involved in creating a baby 😉
The doctor took Siddhi away for tests. When she came back both Kunal and Siddhi sat in the doctors office. Kunal pressed Siddhi's hands and smiled at her reassuringly.
Doctor: Mr and Mrs Chopra I have some good news for you. Siddhi is 5 weeks pregnant! And..
Before she could continue further Kunal had hugged siddhi and had broken into a dance of joy. He was swinging siddhi from side to side..
Dr. Mr Chopra! Please control your excitement!
Kunal: Sorry doctor!
With one final hug for siddhi kunal made siddhi sit down and sat down himself. The doctor began to discuss the routine and diet Siddhi should have and the medicines she should take. Kunal hung on to each word keenly making notes of the doctor's instructions. Siddhi focussed her energies on looking at Kunal
Siddhi (thought): I was scared if your insecurities about Sia would let you love another baby! You have proved me so wrong!
As they made their way out of the hospital Kunal insisted on holding Siddhi's hand.
Siddhi: Kunal you dont have to be so protective!
kUNAL: Of course I do... the love of my life and our baby! How can i be anything but protective!
He kissed Siddhi and she smiled in return
Siddhi: Kunal chaliye office jana hai!
Kunal; No office! i have called puneet he'll handle everything! we are going home.
Despite siddhi's protests kunal took her home. He insisted that she rest for sometime. As she lay on the bed he sat beside her and placed his hands on her stomach! Siddhi looked up to see that kunal had tears in his eyes
Siddhi: I cant tell you how happy i am to see you so happy! I was scared you might not love this child as much as Sia
Kunal: Are you kidding me?? You, Sia and Baby.. you three define me.. you are my life.. I love you three more than anything else in the world!
Siddhi: Sia will be so happy!!!
Kunal: We'll tell her as soon as i get her home from school
Siddhi: Kunal we cant right now!! i am just 5 weeks along.. the first three months are very critical.. there is a high chance of miscarrying.. we should wait till that time..
Siddhi's face clouded as she siad those words. Kunal hugged her tightly
Kunal: Fine we'll wait to tell everyone! But you dont worry! NOTHING bad will happen.. I will love you and pamper you and take care you!!
Siddhi: Wow kunal chopra will listen to me! this is better than i expected!
Kunal and Siddhi laughed together .. their laughter reflecting the pure bliss they felt
