Siddhi: Kunal is everything okay? You seem a bit biothered!
Kunal: Everything is ok darling.. now take your medicines and go sleep.. you and the baby need rest.
Given her petite frame siddhi's baby bump started showing a few weeks later. One day kunal came back from work to find siddhi staring at the mirror. As he looked closely he observed much to his delight that the tight fitting kurta was revealing a small but adorable bump.
He went up to siddhi and hugged her and placed his hand gently on the bump.
Siddhi: Kunal! main moti ho rahi hoon!! will you love me as much when i grow fat..
Kunal: NO!!!... I'll love you much more..
As the weeks past the pregnanxy hormones resulted in siddhi having lots of mood swings.. she was laughing one moment and crying the other. Kunl dealt with all this with utmost patience and love
Siddhi also began having intense and strange food cravings.. She would wake up in the middle of the night and suddenky want to have cake.. it was ablessing that kunal was a great cook.. and at any time of the day he prepared whatever siddhi demanded.. sia loved that her mummy had cravings for chocolates and icecreams and cookies.. along with her she also got to eat these treats...
As Siddhi entered her fifth month Kunal had an urgent case for which he had to go to delhi for a week. Kapil and shilpa werent in town and he was never going to let siddhi and sia live in the same house as Veena.
Kunal: I'll ask Seema to come and stay here for a week..
Siddhi: Kunal aap bhi naa... i am perfectly fine.. seema bhabhi can come and visit us from time to time but she doesnt have to stay here.
Kunal; Are you sure?
Siddhi: Yes
Kunal somewhat satisfied turned to Sia.
Kunal: Now angel.. papa will be gone for a week. You have to take care of Mummy and the baby...
Sia: Yes Papa!!!
He kissed Sia and Siddhi.
The week that kunal was away passed away smoothly. Seema used to spend a large amount of time there and kunal kept calling every few hours.
But on the day kunal was to return siddhi wasnt feeling well. She was going to call seema and the doctor when kunal called her. When she told him that she wasnt feeling well he immediately asked her to lie down. He called seema and the doctor. Seema came immediately and the doctor a while later
Dr: Siddhi your BP is a bit low.. but there's nothing to worry. Take this medicine and sleep for sometime.
After the doctor left siddhi slept and seema started started making dinner. As she came to the dining room to take some utensils she saw sia standing at the door of siddhi's room
Seema: Sia bacha! Aap yaha kya kar rahe ho!
Sia; Chachi.. Mummy and baby theek hai na.. papa ne mujhe kaha tha khayal rakhne ko.. aur ab..
Seema: Baby woh bilkul theek hai.. aisa karte hai hum unke liye card banate hai.. sia card banayegi na??
Sia cheered up and replied yes excitedly! She insisted on makng the card on her own so seema went back into the kitchen..
Seema smiled as she saw sia scurrying around to get all her art and craft equipment and try and make an elaborate card.
A while later when she went to Siddhi;s room she saw her waking up,
Se: Ab kaisi tabiyat hai siddhi
Si: Much better bhabhi.. bhabhi sia kaha hai?
Seema: tumhari ladli tumhare liye card bana rahi hai..
Just them sia came running in
Sia: Card ban gaya!!!
Siddhi: Aww thats so sweet bacha.. mummy aakar card dekhe?
Sia: haan.. but abhi aap fine ho na..
Siddhi: Yes my princess!!
As Sia took siddhi to her room seema went to get some soup for Siddhi. Next moment she heard a loud cry!!
She ran to sia's room and saw siddhi on the floor. She was clutching her stomach and crying out in pain. Sia was sitting beside her crying as well
Sia: Chachi.. paints.. pani gira tha.. par maine pocha tha..par pata nahi kaise thoda reh gaya aur mummy slip ho gayee... chachi!!!
Seema calmed sia down and immediately called the ambulunce. She bent down near siddhi trying to get her up. By then she had lost consciousness and seema was shocked and scared to see her bleeding.
As the ambulunce arrived she called kunal up..
Kunal: Haan seema flight land ho gayee. Main ek ghante mein ghar oahuch jaaonga..
Seema: Bhaiya woh.. bhaiya..
Kunal: Seema kya hua??
Seema: Bhaiya aap please City Hospital aa jaayee.. siddhi gir gayee aur uski haalat theek nahi lag rahi!!
Kunal: KYAA??? Seema uske dhyan rakh.. main abhi city hospital pahuchta hoon..
They reached the hospital..Siddhi was rushed into the emergency ward.. By this time sia was hysterical and seema was having a hard time calming her down. Thankfully kunal came in. Sia rushed to him..
Sia: Papa.. sab sia ki galti hai.. sia se pani gira tha aur mummy gir gayee!!!
Kunal: Bas bas sia.. ro mat.. papa aa gaye hai na.. sab theek hoga...
As sia calmed down he turned to seema..
Kunal: Seema siddhi kaisi hai..
Seema: Pata nahi bhaiya .. tab se doctors kuch Bata nahi hai...
Just then the doctor came
Dr: Mr Chopra please come with me.. i need to talk to you urgently!
PRECAP: Kunl came out of the doctors cabin looking shaken. He was shocked to see Veena yelling at and scolding Sia.. he immediately ran to them and hugged sia
Kunal: Bas Maa!
Veena: yeh anaath tere liye humse zyada important to thi hi.. par apni patni aur bache se bhi zyada important hai!!
Will siddhi and the baby survive???
