Alice and Kanwar commented on each other's posts in the past, but due to Instagram's new trafficking rules, the latest comments pop up on the top... so Kanwar's comments disappear. He typically had something to write under her posts whether it was a "So cute 😍" or a "Dhokebaaz! 😡" but all of those are now much harder to find 😢
From my memory, here's a few extra details that I can add:
May 23rd-24th, immediately preceding that, the cast arrived in Bikaneer and there was an article about Kanwar and Alice dating which Kanwar shot down... following that was a complete social media silence and posts about self love...
Considering how you mentioned Kanwar and Alice have the same outlook and viewpoints in life from their Instagram posts, I wonder if she was rattled with all the attention that their off-screen pairing was getting, and Kanwar taught her how to love herself first so she wouldn't have to be bothered by the rumors
June 11th was around the time Alice and Kanwar unfollowed Pallavi 🙃, and this is around the time the cast divided into two unofficial groups... People speculate it was because Pallavi warned Alice to not be near Kanwar, and Kanwar was hurt by her words so he unfollowed her, and Alice shortly unfollowed later...
June 21st this is a big, big assumption... but I think this is the day they finally made it official themselves. The previous day, she was complaining about post-vaccination side effects, and I wonder if Kanwar took care of her then... causing her to realize that he was a man she was willing she travel with and spend time with. (Since August 21st would coincide as a 2 month anniversary)

I have evidence for both years... 1995 because her username once was @allyy95 and because she had #MyLittleSister for Siddhantika who is definitely born in 1996.... 1996 because in a video on November 2, 2020, she thanked a friend for making it to her 24th birthday party (should've been 25th if she was born in 1995 unless she considers herself a 1996'er because most her friends are born in 1996)... either way, 1997 is not her birth year... which makes Simran the youngest on set... hopefully Kanwar/Karan clarifies this in her upcoming birthday...
