Raavi's anger is misplaced, but it's realistic enough for ITV and goes to show how much he means to her. You don't get so worked up over someone who doesn't matter. She's the most comfortable with Shiva and the most attached to Dhara, they're getting the outbursts. Dhara deserves to hear Raavi's harsh words because they're true, but I hope Raavi starts holding everyone involved accountable after she's gotten over the peak of her grief - she'll be more rational then. Shiva definitely does not deserve to hear all that on a daily basis, but I can empathize with Raavi here.
She's about as affected by him leaving her alone as he is by her attempted suicide. From what I've gathered of their equation, Raavi's always had expectations from Shiva - despite their bickering and his rude behaviour, she believed in her soul that he would never let anyone hurt her or leave her alone in a situation where she could get hurt.
Despite her mooning over Dev, Raavi's always been way more connected to Shiva and she's always real with him, same goes for him. It hurts her to think that he'd leave her there way more than anything else - she's not shown to be upset at Dev for ruining her life or breaking her trust in him, despite their friendship. She almost lost her life and yet it doesn't trigger a reaction towards her "friend" Dev.
(Perhaps she's compartmentalised it for the moment or she's just plain ignoring Dev, refusing to even acknowledge his existence after all that's happened - we don't know yet, hope we get a monologue about this.)
However, she can't bear it when her innate trust in Shiva shatters - that's what it boils down to, Raavi wants the assurance back. She wants to know that he wouldn't do that, no matter what. Despite being the "villain", his company and the faith she has in it matters a lot.
Judging from my perception of Raavi, she is more transparent with those she's closest to. By close, I'm alluding more to a subconscious comfort level rather than superficial relationships, hence why I'm describing Shiva as being "close". She's positively volatile around him when upset, a stark contrast to her silence with people like Dev and Rishita. I do feel that she should stand up for herself but I'll let that slide because she's not in the right state of mind - Raavi 1.0 wouldn't give two hoots about Rishita's taunts and would definitely give it back to her in style.
