Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki: Mannat tampers with Mallika’s food, leaving her in pain

In tonight's Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki, Mallika tearfully begs Vikrant not to walk away from her life once again. Acting on Aishwarya's advice, Vikrant agrees to spend some quiet time with Mallika, while Aishwarya takes Neetu aside to give them privacy. At the same time, Mannat shows Shalini a potent medicine that Mallika has been secretly consuming, raising doubts about her true intentions. Mannat questions Mallika's narrative, pointing out that she didn't have sleeping pills, implying that her actions were calculated rather than desperate.

Just as her suspicion intensifies, Mannat receives a call from Anirudh, who insists on meeting her immediately. Meanwhile, Neetu urges Roni to speak with Vikrant, but Roni struggles to move past Mallika's betrayal. Neetu tries to defend Mallika, suggesting her choices stemmed from deep-rooted fear and her possessiveness towards Vikrant. She reminds Roni that he had once forgiven Bobby, asking why he can't extend the same compassion now. Raveena, however, is furious at Neetu for excusing Mallika's behaviour and for risking her son's life. Neetu retorts that while she enjoys Roni's unwavering love, Mallika always longed for the same kind of affection from Vikrant but never received it.

Later, Mallika breaks down completely and falls at Vikrant's feet, begging for forgiveness. Aishwarya, seizing the opportunity, scolds Mallika in front of everyone to win Vikrant's trust. But in private, she warns Mallika to tone down her drama to avoid ruining their strategy. Despite Mallika pretending to faint, Vikrant remains unmoved. Meanwhile, Mannat reassures him, stating that he isn't responsible for Mallika's condition, she is. Watching them, Mallika becomes consumed with jealousy.

Mannat then meets Anirudh, who expresses genuine concern for her. She shares her doubts about Mallika's suicide attempt being staged, possibly with Aishwarya and a doctor's help. After checking the medicine, Anirudh confirms her suspicions, explaining that it's a slow-acting drug. When Mannat questions his involvement, he reveals that he, too, has a personal vendetta, against Sonia.

In a private conversation, Mallika confesses to Aishwarya that she doesn't know how to win Vikrant back. Aishwarya advises her to keep playing the helpless, victim card, insisting it's an effective tactic to win a man's sympathy. Intrigued by the suggestion, Mallika reveals she flushed the medicine to eliminate all traces. However, she doesn't know that Mannat manages to retrieve a capsule from the drainpipe.

Elsewhere, Gagan emotionally opens up to Vikrant, urging him to be there for Mallika. Touched by the father's heartfelt plea, Mannat quietly watches from a distance. She tells Gagan that Mallika is lucky to have such a caring parent, and he blesses Mannat, unaware of her longing for a father's affection.

Trying to evoke Vikrant's concern once more, Mallika acts frail and helpless. Vikrant, showing kindness, helps her to the bathroom. Neetu sees this as a promising sign. Mallika, too, starts believing that she might still have a shot at rekindling their bond. Meanwhile, Vikrant finds joy in spending time with Aditya, thanks to Mannat and Shalini's efforts to uplift his mood. Mannat even playfully tricks Vikrant into feeding Aditya, lightening his spirits. Shalini encourages Mannat to reveal the truth about Mallika's deceit, but Mannat wants to first expose her staged suicide.

As the family gathers at the dining table for dinner, Mannat makes a dramatic entrance. Spotting Mallika comfortably seated with everyone, she feigns surprise and throws a subtle taunt her way, leaving Mallika puzzled and slightly unsettled. A few moments later, Aishwarya arrives with a tray in hand and personally serves food to Mallika. She cheerfully claims she prepared everything herself and even jokes about spending four hours in the kitchen just to make it perfect for her.

However, the cheerful atmosphere quickly takes a dark turn. Soon after eating, Mallika clutches her stomach and cries out in pain, leaving everyone shocked and worried. Kiran, visibly alarmed, demands to know what Aishwarya had put in the food. Without hesitation, Aishwarya points fingers at Mannat. Before anyone can react, Vikrant steps in to defend Mannat. But in a startling twist, Mannat admits that Aishwarya is right, she had indeed mixed something into Mallika’s meal.
