That's what i am saying too.... She choose similar life to her mom rather than actually fighting for herself.... Doing the same mistakes as her mother , pinning all her hopes on a man and then crying when things don't go as she wanted... Even if ibaad is not around, she wont have to become a slave to her in laws as she can very well choose to work and keep herself engaged... Also there's only her mil in her house unlike her mother who had to live with a whole bunch of parasites.

Of course Aiman has better circumstances. She is educated, independent and strong girl. She should not compare herself with her mother.

Bhagya lakshmi is copy of Karam apna apna. Where Male lead's parent gor him married with female lead as she has good bhagya. Aur male lead ki kundali main dosh tha jo ky tabhi dorr ho sakhta tha agar uski shadi ek bhagishali larki sy hoti. Same story in BL.

2020s mein bhi ekta can't think beyond bhagyas and kundalis... Recycling the same old stories wont work all the time.
