Episode 291

Karthik and Vishnu. Karthik says he feel so bad seeing Raji sad. He is regreting for forcing Raji to come out from her attai house. Karthik says if meesai tittufy them - they would not have felt this bad. But meesai stood there broken -cried and left. Vishnu ask Karthik not to feel bad but Karthik says he can't just leave this. All this his fault. He is the reason for all this. Vishnu ask Karthik not to polambufy and be strong for Raji. Vishnu says now they have to think how to handle this. He is very sure meesai will forgive him. Karthik thanks vishnu as he feels better now. Karthik then ask how's things with laksh and vishnu. Vishnu says still the same. Karthik turn to comfort vishnu saying soon he will be proof not guilty.

Inside Raji trying all her family member number but none answering. Raji cries to Laksh about her father. Karthik comes but stands silently. Raji continues crying she made a mistake. Laksh ask Raji to stop saying she made a mistake. Her marriage is not mistake. This is better then getting married to someone else and suffering for rest of live. Laksh advise Raji to give her family some time - they will forgive her eventually 👍🏼 Raji ask what if they don't? Laksh says no problem - soon deliver a kutty meesai and send him back to kovipatti 😆 Laksh leaves after asking her not to worry much. Karthik says sorry to Raji and suggest to go back to see her father and talk to him. Raji does not want him to go as they can be dangerous. Karthik says anything for her. Raji is touch and says how happy she is to have him.

David comes to see Komban. He tells David - Think of the devil. David ask if he had seen a ghost Komban ask if David is an idiot or his trying to pull his leg? Think of the devil is a proverb. You think of someone and that person comes in front of you. David still seem blur 😆 Komban ask if he came to check Vishnu case status. Komban says he will send email by this evening. David leaves. Komban calls Vishnu to come in.

Vishnu comes in. Komban tells Vishnu he needs to decide today what to do. Based on his investigation - it looks like Vishnu is guilty 😲 but Komban is sure Vishnu is innocent. The problem is vishnu been stupid enough not to see his being plotted for this. He had been careless and took things for granted. Even laksh who is his girlfriend thinks he is wrong. That does not give much option. Komban ask vishnu to be very careful in future - wishes him all the best and Vishnu leaves.

Raji Laksh Karthik. Both karthik raji worried and wants to help prove vishnu is innocent. Laksh just keeps quite. Karthik tries to make Laksh see that Vishnu is not guilty but she is not willing to hear anything. Raji seem to side Vishnu now 😲. She feels susan is behind this. Karthik is sure about this too. Vishnu comes in and says Komban will be sending email this evening. Looks like he will be terminated as well. Karthik ask him not to worry. Komban will not leave him just like that. Both Karthik Raji leaves. Vishnu tells Laksh he wants to talk to her but she refuse to hear anything and leaves. Vishnu sad.

Karthik comes to canteen and sees Ranjani there. He ask her why she behaving so cheaply. Ranjani ask him to talk properly or she will complain to Susan. Karthik ask her to go ahead - his not afraid of Susan. Ranjani does not know about susan. If any problem comes - Susan always find a way to escape first. Ranjani face changes but maintains it. Karthik warns her and ask her to admit her mistake. If he proves it - she will be out from here completely. Ranjani ask her not to talk rudely to her. Vishnu misbehave to her and she had made a complaint. Ask him to do what he wants - she is not scared and leaves.

Episode No:293

Scene continues from yesterday freeze {Enna aachu pa namba director-ukku... continuity-la pinraru]

Raji is concerned and asks K for who the person is. K says its a wrong number and R asks y for a wrong number, he is speaking for so long. K covers it up. Next K gets a call and tries to move away but R asks him to stay there and also put the call on speaker. K tells her that this is a different number, but apparently its the same guy, who is trying to threaten K. K screams back. This time R assumes that K is trying to put a scene. K gets another call but R tells him not to do this and says, lets go to the canteen. Now, K speaks on the phone and tells that guy to come here if he wants and further says that he will not go anywhere.

Viswanathan sir's cubicle - Ranjani is in Sir's cubicle.. after handing over an explanation letter. She tells him sorry. He says there is no point of saying a sorry but he will consider the sorry as a way that she will not repeat it. He says that this might give her some happiness now but not in the long term. He wants her to be happy and believe in herself. She apologizes saying that these 5 days havent been great but after giving the letter, she feels much better.

Sir calls Vishnu and scolds him for being very stupid and says he can go head with his work at office. He says that V has all the recipe for getting into such problems and advises him to grow up and be mature and professional. He says that Ranjani has taken back her complaint and asks him to behave properly and that if next time such problem comes, Sir will make sure that V loses his job.. V leaves sir's room

Madhan- Swetha story... same story where Madhan is overreacting and is never sure of Swetha's position or decision making skills (about the sales team).

L and R in the conf room... L is very hungry and wants to go to eat. K comes in and is very happy and says V has been absolved ( He got this info in whatsapp). K and R support V but L feels that its not a proof that he has not done it.. rather its a pardon by Sir.[Idhu eppadi L- ivvalavu confirmed-a sollara??] K gets very tense with L... V walks in and is very happy... ( V looks very smart ;))... V starts joking about L's anbu...L continues with the rambam story and says she believes that he has done the mistake... and L leaves the room in anger.. All 4 are frustrated.

David come to Sir's cubicle and starts complaining about his decision...Sir explains that Ranjani has withdrawn her complaint and that hence V is back in office...Sir wants to know y he came in without knocking the door... Sir wants to know y no protocol is being followed for his interaction with Sir... Sir says he has not pardoned Vishnu but pardoned Ranjani...He further says that the only person who shud be punished is 3 ppl who are very important in this office. He says that if David is interested, sir will further investiage and get all these sinister planners some punishment.

Raji is lying down in her room and crying. K calls and she answers. K wants to know if he can come since he knows that she is disturbed and is not able to sleep when he knows that 😳😳

Both of them say sorry to each other and convince each other that the marriage is not a wrong thing... Raji feels that there is nobody for them... K wants to have babies who will listen to them (yendha oorla pa??)...K convinces that Meesai loves her and hence will accept... and says that we need to be happy and prove that we are made for each other.

Raji gets a phone and its for her home. Her maama calls her and the last week promo scene comes when she faints after crying

Thursday, 8th May 2014 - Episode 294

Raji's worried about her dad & Karthik asks her to repeat what her mama said. Raji repeats appa ku nenchu vali & they are taking him to the hospital. Karthik doubts them but Raji says they are all worried about him. Karthik says he will come with her but Raji says periya problem aagidum if he comes with her, naan avanga veetu ponnu. Karthik says nallatho kettatho sernthey nadakkatum. Raji says her dad should live for 100 years... he needs to understand him & her decision to get married to him. Karthik tells her not to worry but Raji says she's now worried about him coming with her. Both leave.

Karthik calls Vishnu & informs him that he's going to Kovilpatti with Raji. Vishnu warns him not to go, avanga unna attack panna poranga nnu thonuthu. Karthik says he's worried that they might separate them & asks to get them one week leave.

Lakshmi calls Raji after reading her text. Raji says Karthik is coming with her & enga aalunga avalvu mosam illai nu thaan ninaikiren. Raji says nothing should happen to her dad & Lakshmi tells her not to worry. She ends the call & Karthik gives her coconut to drink. Raji declines it but Karthik says ellam nalla padiya nadakkum.

Anbu comes to talk to Madhan & polambufies about workers treating him like a guest & asking him to sign papers. Anbu asks for 2000 & says they (VPVS) are finding it difficult to get another job. He says his son is unwell & Madhan gives him more money to take his son to the hospital.

Inside the car, Raji tries calling her mama & thinks nothing should happen Karthik. Karthik wakes up & tells her not to worry about her dad. Raji says she's not worried about her dad.. he will be fine but she's worried about him. Karthik says he's ok with everything but nothing should happen to her dad. Outside Raji's house, Raji says ennakku bayama irukku & everyone (people gathered outside) is looking at her. Karthik tells her to go inside & they see meesai ... Thodarum.

Episode No.295

Scene starts from yesterday's freeze... Meesai comes out angrily and calls someone from inside the house. Raji say "Mama". Karthik bends his hands together and is met with a stern gaze. Meesai says y did u call them? Mama says he called her since u were unwell.. didnt think that K will come along. Meesai feels bad that everyone is looking a them and his maanam is in question and finally ends with u can come in but without him and he goes inside the house.

Mama says he called since he thought she will come alone. He says he could have some how made her dad accept the marriage then. but didnt expect that she will bring him and cause issues. He says its ur house.. u can come in as Raji, their daugher... not like the wife of some loafer.

Karthik asks her to go in and that he will manage. Raji refuses to do so..

Raji wants to talk to her mom. Mama says he is not going to stop anything but tells her that no body will oppose his dad...

Raji says his mom, grandparents and all are there and she wont go away or go in without her husband. Mama argues with her but she refuses to let go of Karthik... Mama asks the crowd gathered to disperse and K & R sit in the verandah of the opposite house...

K tries to reason with Raji saying they are calling her and she can go in. She says that the plan is to separate them.. K says her dad is not like that.

R says that my dad is not like that... but many ppl give wrong advice. He is fine in health but they have called her..If she goes alone, they will pressurize her with the family name, caste and such considerations.. She says that she will be forced to marry someone else. K is possessive and that says that cant happen and that he will inform the police. She says before the police, she cant say that K is her husband in court in a sitn like that... since she will be emotionally blackmailed...

Raji is full of love and says she wants to live with him. Raji wants them to be called inside or leave in the same car.

K argues that lets not sit outside the house since appa's respect will be gone. Raji says that this will make sure that we can get in together... K is hungry and starts eating a banana. Raji says that if they are called inside they will get good food. else, we can go to Madurai Konar hotel and eat kal dosai :)

Meesai is sitting alone and Mama comes there.. Meesai says dont believe K.. He is a very scheming guy and was waiting to come here. Since u called, he has come here... Meesai gets a call...answers and says he will call later. Meesai explains that he is getting calls since she is sitting outside. Mama wants to know if he can beat them and send them outside. Meesai stares at the suggestion and says this might start off a panchayat meeting. Meesai continously gets calls but asks the guy to silence the phone. An old man (possibly the thatha) comes and tries to reason that u have called stating health issue but its important that u let them inside this house... he says u beat, knife them or kill them (edhukku pa?) but do it inside the house.. Y shud u make her sit outside, the princess of the house as a pauper. He forces meesai to go outside and call them inside.

K and R are sitting outside. K is again talking about food and hunger. Raji wants to know if he is tense and feels bad for making him sit on the road like this. K says, dont worry. If they dont come outside, he will sing "Maama un ponna kudu" song... R jokes saying, u didnt ask him at all... U simply took the girl... now he has to sing "Maapla en ponna thiruppi kudu" K feels bad and says he is not tense about the current happenings.. but tense that they shud live together well. R says its not important how they came together.. just important that they did... and feels bad that they have come together but the family has split.. K consoles saying this is what happens in a love marriage and that she can go in alone.. K is doubtful whether they will be accepted inside the house. Mama comes out and asks them to come in, WITH KARTHIK...

Somebody comes out with aarthi. Mama objects but they say that atleast let this happen acc. to tradition. They take the aarthi. Raji asks for pardon from her mom. Her mom scolds her for getting married like this and says everyone is very angry... She asks someone to ask them to come in with their right leg and she goes inside..

K and R come inside the house. Raji's dad is sitting in the mutram in a easy chair, closing his eyes. K asks R to initiate a conversation (just a tap and eye communication)...

Raji asks about his health and K says sorry... Meesai screams at them saying that opposing everybody, he sent her for a job... but she made sure that his respect is lost. Meesai is very angry and says instead of beating her, he beat himself. K tries to talk..but Meesai stops him saying that K has spoilt everthing for Meesai.. Meesai says the day he saw K in their house, he died and so did she. Meesai says he will never accept them and that its painful for him. He says that Raji will understand the pain only when she is in a similar state and says he will never accept them.. and leaves from the room.

Raji is all shocked...

Episode 296

Raji wakes up Karthik who had a nice sleep. Raji ask how can he sleep peacefully while she was nail bitting worried what going to happen. Karthik vambufies her about settling down here in village. He then shows gifts he bought for her family here.

Outside Raji tata and other aunties talking about karthik raji. Tata seem to accept Raji. Raji comes out and she says sorry to her mother. (oh finally Raji mother 😆) Mother seem ok but does not show - pretends like not happy with what Raji doing nu. There is a patti - semmaiya comedy pannango 😆 she and vishnu will share good chemistry 😉😆 Raji finally ask everyone if they will talk to her and Karthik? Her mother, tata and patti keeps quite. Raji says fine - karthik bought for them and leaves it on the table and leaves but knock something - mother says "parthu raji" 😆 Raji leaves, her mother, tata patti opens the bag happy to see cloths Karthik bought for them 😉

Raji calls Laksh and updates her what happening here and laksh ask her not to worry - soon her family will accept both karthik and raji. Vishnu comes to see laksh and ask how she is. Laksh still keeps distance with him. Vishnu ask her again if she is still angry? Laksh says nothing like that. Vishnu tries to say sorry but laksh ask him not to keep saying sorry. Its not needed. Laksh says there is nothing anymore in their life and walks off.

Raji uncle (i think) comes back angry - tells meesai entire village talking about them. (Sorry missed out few minutes ) The uncle said they need to beat Karthik to scare him. Meesai says Karthik will beat them back. Meesai says we shall kill him 😲😲😲😡 Raji uncle ask him not to worry - he will take care of that.

Thodarum - sorry makkalae might have missed out some conversation, parents & in laws here - was hard to focus on the serial as everyone talking same time 😆

Episode No 298

Raji is standing outside the house.. Karthik comes out and asks if Raji is waiting for her dad. Raji answers in the affirmative. Karthik says that he didnt want to come to eat but u guys forced me and thats the reason for the problem. He further suggests that she talk to thatha to pacify meesai. Raji says she tried that but thatha teased her saying that he will be eating parotta in some shop in the bazaar.. She also says that even thatha used to get very angry but likes K so much that he is not angry with K... K says, meesai is not coming down at all. Raji gives him confidence saying that it will happen soon.

Raji still looking outside, this time for her friends. Three of her friends come and start teasing K. K inturn starts teasing them and becomes friendly with them. There is a short recap of events leading to the wedding.. which is kind of nice :) They give gift, take photos and go inside for having tea.

Finally, office is shown. Viswanathan is working on a computer when Lakshmi and Vishnu enter the room. There is a no client meeting coming up for a demo. The company is Dewa - Dubai Electrical and Water Authority. Both are excited and Sir wants both of them to work on it. They ask questions on the product and implementation. Lakshmi tries to show that she has read up and explains AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) and gets appreciated. She gets scolded when she refuses to work with Vishnu... Asking her to keep her personal and professional work separate... Finally in this scene there are some Vishnu Encounters, which are very nice.

Raji and Karthi in Raji's home. Raji is drawing up a well. [Director has listened to us looks like... and is trying to show his misfit of village] Karthi suggests that they take bath in the pumpset and finally says, he does not know swimming. Karthi says he cannot take bath in the middle of the hall, but can take bath in the bedroom. Finally, Raji ties saree on all sides and covers the mutram. Even after that, he leaves the place since he is still not sure if someone will look at him, without taking bath.

Thatha is sitting in the chair and Meesai comes in. Meesai is still angry with Karthi and Raji. Thatha tries to convince Meesai about the wedding. Meesai says K is a fraud and that in 10 months (yaarannu enakku maths solli thaangolen, please...)... he hs convinced Raji... a girl who told him that she will never marry without his permission. K and Raji start listening to this conversation. Meesai says he will never give up his girl.. He can give away his money and properties for her. Meesai doubts the wedding and says the marriage is to avenge his bet. Meesai says, K is mean and that he has come since he wants to show his victory. Meesai says he will kill K... Meesai looks up and sees Raji and Karthi there. K leaves the place and Raji follows while thatha and Meesai looks on.

Thursday, 15th May 2014 - Episode 299

K packs his bag & asks R to get ready. R agrees nee sollurathu correct-u thaan & K says she shouldn't complain when she gets home. R says this is her final decision & Meesai will only understand if they leave. K says it's not possible... bus kidaikaathu, ticket reserve pannala. R says bus eh illainaalum they're walking home. K supports Meesai & says he won't kill his daughter's husband. K says let's leave tomorrow, normal aa povom. R smiles & says she knows ithellaam drama & that he doesn't want to go back. R continues, whatever happens nee en manasula engayo uyarnthu nikkurai. K says he would have advised her that her family is more important than kadhal if he had met her family before marriage. K sits next to R & she says I love you.

V calls K & asks him about his situation. K says his situation is similar to "Solla Marantha Kathai" Cheran but says Meesai's kobam gnyam aanathu. K asks V about L & tells him not to lose hope Kovilpatti kaarangale anbu kaatta aarambichutanga. V says she's torturing him & giving reactions like there's nothing b/w them. K tells V to divert his anbu towards L's mum & sing Amma Endrazhaikkatha. V jokes & K says Raji's asleep & he's going to sleep. V asks if they are sleeping in the same room & K says they are husband & wife & ends the call. V polamufies about his situation & plays Penn Manasu Aazham Endru song. L calls V about her mother's stomach pain & he agrees to come.

L tells her mum to take the tablets & goes to open the door for V. L's mum tells V that he has powers to make others' pain go away & asks L to make him coffee. L brings coffee & says V needs to go home. L's mum tells him to stay over & asks L to ready room for him. VL outside, V says he will sleep outside & says he wants to speak to her. L says there's nothing to talk & she called him coz of her mum. V apologizes & says he won't disturb her again. L recollects Ranjini incident.

Thatha asks R about K & she says he's inside. Thatha tells her to call him & paati teases thatha about his santhega buthi. K comes outside & thatha says he's the kudumba thalaivan & senior citizen & if Meesai doesn't behave properly then he will take his place. Thatha gives K something to eat & tells him to say something about him... R says he's good a singer & kavuthufied her singing song. Thatha says his better half also kavuthufied him singing songs & asks K to sing against paati. Paati sings village based Aagasa Puliya Maram & K sings Moongil Thottam. R's mum (listening from distance) prays to god to keep them happy like this forever. Paati sings Maasila ... Meesai comes & says unga sirippu naalu theru ketkuthu & thappu panninavanga thala kuninchu irukkanum. Meesai tells them to send K back ASAP & leaves. Thodarum.

Meesai is sitting in the muttram with his eyes closed. Raji crosses, feels bad and come there to talk to him. She tells him sorry for what happened and asks him to forgive her. There is an emotional talk between them where he asks her very logical questions on the promises that she made. She cries and tells him sorry and asks him not to hate her. He says, when u got married, I was there in the same house.. You have played with my faith and thats because you thought a simple sorry will cool me down since I can never hate you. She says that from childhood, he has always given in to her demands that even here, she thought that she can convince him later. When she left the other day, even she didnt know that she was going to get married and it all happened in a different circumstance. He says that he loves her so much that she is her life and that she can never hate her. He says he had a girl by name Raji who was very loving and for who, he was her life. That Raji is no more. This is a very different Raji. Raji cries and says its the same Raji and she loves him the same even now. Raji now asks him what she has to do to prove that she is her daughter and the same one as before. The promo scene comes here. Raji is crying. Meesai stops crying and gets up . Her mom is listening to this conversation from the middle.

Meesai asks for water and calls his wife. His mom comes and gives him water and tells him all that he wanted was water and it should not matter who gave it. When pressed she says, may be his wife is very angry with him. Meesai pours the water down and asks his mom to ask his wife to get some water. Raji's mom comes with the water, and keeps it on the table nearby. Raji's dad asks the reason for the "paara Mugam". She first does not answer. Later she answers that she does not like what he is doing. She says she was always happy with him, even there there was no explicit affection shown since she was sure he was a very just man. Today, that belief is broken. She says, initially, she was angry with both of them. But after talking to both of them, she does not feel so at all.She says, it would have been difficult for them to convince all and get married and now, she feels even the way she got married is ok. She says, just because your ego is hurt, you cannot separate 2 ppl who love each other so much. Further, she says, Its unfair to ask your daughter to choose between the 2 eyes and that he cannot ask the thaali in barter for love. He says that their daughter even if she came leaving K, will never be happy with a thaali that is tied for his ego. Meesai is very thoughtful while Raji who was listening to this conversation stops crying...

Viswanathan is busy working on his phone. Lakshmi and Vishnu enter the room. Apparently they have a demo with desktop sharing.Sir tells the basic rules for Desktop cleanliness when shared with external clients. Lakshmi asks Vishnu to dial the conf number. Vishnu does not know the phone number or the password. The presentation goes on with some cute moments between VL and sir. Sir is actually non=participative. The client on the other end is very happy with the presentation and thanks all of them. Sir congratulates them on the presentation and steps out of this room. Lakshmi is all excited and shakes hand with Vishnu for the help during the presentation, and is later worried if he will take some meaning out of the exchange. Vishnu shows many face reactions here but does not talk :)

Thatha comes and calls Karthik from a closed room and asks him what he is doing. Karthik says he is sitting inside simply. Thatha asks him to wear a nice shirt and come out. Karthik asks for the reason and thatha says that its their custom to take a photo with the family after the marriage and since they have not done it for them, they need to do it now. Karthik gets ready and comes out with Raji. Thatha teases paati and gets teased back. Meesai is not found. Thatha says that they want the photo without meesai and by graphics will attach meesai there. If we did like this, meesai will not know what hit him. Paati suggests that he calls the photographer. Thatha calls the photographer and starts telling him the way. Karthik-Raji cute romance follows where he says, "Thaaru maara irukka.. Ekkachakkama irukka...". He says that he is surprised that he lived in the same house with a azhagi, never having crossed the line. Raji says that if he had touched her, his hand will be broken. K asks her if she has ever felt like holding his hand or giving him a hug. Raji feels shy and tells him to stop talking or else, he will tell meesai. K asks her, how come, she can threaten using the same lines always. By this time, the photographer has come and they have arranged 2 chairs - Thatha is sitting in one and the next chair is empty. Raji's maama (Adhey thaanga.. who drunk and said he will kill Karhit) is in the photo, without even a whimper!, All of them smile for the photo..

Raji's dad comes in and washes his legs and face. He calls his wife, asking her for water. He walks by and something interesting catches his attention. He walks near the wall and he sees the family photo with him sitting there...
