If I recall correctly, when Jeet was leaving and Pinky told him that they should plan a party, he asked the same thing that whether she has consulted Sweety about this. And she said that she did talk to her in the morning and Sweety told her that she isn't planning anything. That's why Pinky thought about it and Jeet agreed. If I am missing something, feel free to point it out.

FT, yes, but if you see from very beginning, when Pinky asked about the celebration, Sweety said she is definitely going to celebrate.
Pinky misunderstood it, I think.

I missed few initial minutes of the episode, and am basing my argument only on what Pinky said.I didn't know that they showed her and Sweety's conversation. Would have to see that then, it is possible that Pinky misunderstood, as you say.

Yes, I just watched it online, thanks for correcting me. Yes, Sweety clearly said she hasn't planned yet and will do something good. It's wrong of Pinky then to plan without informing her.
