@Roopali- Plain milk? Eww! The only milk I can drink is Greenfields Low Fat Hi Cal. Anything else makes me gag!

yaaa it is...India v/s West Indies test series going on...India has already won the series being 2-0 and playing the last test and we are waiting for history to be made tomorrow. Sachin's 100th 100...alas the moment has come and hope he does it this time...

Aanchal here they say that too much milk is not good for the kids. Onlyone cup a day. have calcium in other formats.
