@ritchelle even I am skeptical about Complan and others...no idea do they even increase brain power by tit bits or just a publicity gimmick...😕

@Roopali- I'm very interested in them. We don't get them here, so I never had the opportunity to try em out, but they seem sooo fascinating! And now at the age of 17, I guess I'm a bit tooo old for Complan and Horlicks! 😆

then at the age of 22 I am way too old...😆 I have always liked plain milk so never gave Complan, Horlicks a try...

@bold...hawww...aise mat bolo...i still have my Ovaltine (its my preference over Milo!!) whenever i feel like touching that dreaded glass of milk & Proteinex whenever I'm in India...my mom's insistence!!
