@All- Cheese! *sigh* My guilty pleasure man! Have you all tried the Laughing Cow? One of the best types I've eaten!

@Aanchal- LOL, really? I dring Hi Cal cause its the only milk I manage to swallow, plus I think I'm low on calcium. I used to have such nice and thick hair, but now its falling like anything! 😭

see guys...a lot is said abt cutting down on milk...but from personal experience i say...if u can digest it...then do drink it & give adequate amt to kids...2 glasses is normal..even 3 will do.

We all had it in our growing years & turned out normal...my son didnt drink it for full 1 year...& he is so underweight & lean & complains of pains. Kids need milk & full fat at that.

IMO after 8 or 12 yrs u can start on low fat...

@Pooja...sorry misspelt it..yes kaas is a Dutch Soy cheese...btw if u love cheese , u have to visit Netherlands...they have some of the best varieties ..
