Avni led on the cold floor, surely Neil hadn't just been acting

Pulling herself up she walked into the bathroom
As she looked at her fresh cuts and bruises she became very aware that a man like Neil would never want somebody like her

Neela's words went through her head, she wasn't sure how long she could stay safe for anymore

Dropping to the floor, she lifted up the scissors, pulling it across her skin, she watched the blood drip from her arm

Pushing her arm into her hair she sighed
"You're somebody's wife Avni, act like it" she muttered to herself


Walking outside, she saw Vidyut had gone
There was no point in running anymore
He would always find her

Banging on the door made her turn towards it
Pulling it open she saw a very angry Neil

"You are coming with me right now"
Avni pulled her hand back

"Please Neil, just leave me alone"
"Leave you alone, are you crazy"

Avni put her hand up "Vidyut told me everything, I know you're working for him"
Neil tried his very best to calm himself down

Grabbing her hands he looked her in the eye
"You think everything was fake, you felt it to, dont tell me you didn't, you know me Avni, dont let him get in your head"

Avni shoved him back "Enough, Enough Neil, I can't do this anymore "
Neil pushed her into the wall, pressing his lips to hers, his bodh curved into hers

Putting all of her anger into the kiss she pulled him closer
Eventually they fell apart, breathless
Neil kissed away Avni's tears

Her fists hit his chest "I hate you"
Neil held her closer "You have to trust me Avni , thats all I ask, im not him"

Avni paused for awhile then nodded
"You have to leave Neil"

"Not without you"
"But what if he finds us"

Neil shook his head "He wont, I promise"
Avni put her hand in his and walked out to the car with him
