No obscenity in my remix songs: Himesh Reshammiya Indore, June 9. (UNI): Musician Himesh Reshammiya, whose hit number 'Jhalak dikhla ja', may set feet tapping, has said his remix songs did not contain obscenity. Admitting that remix songs contained obscenity, Himesh said he had tried to give songs, which were free from vulgarity. He credited his success in this age of cut-throat competition to actor Salman Khan. He said he was surviving in the film industry, due to his hardwork. "In order to survive in the film industry, it is better to give a hit number once in every three-four months," he said, adding that he was toiling hard for this.

Himesh added that he had received music, as inheritance from his father.

My TV update:

Saw Himeshji on Bollywood tonight twice - first time he was at IIFA Awards pre-ceremony thing - they asked him his feelings about rain & he said kaafi emotions are attached to rain........

2nd he was talking about the music for Chup chup ke - was wearing white shirt w/waistcoat & topi (so ash no new makeover phew) & said the song Shabe Firaq is of the popular kind.....

& i still have to watch him for 2 hours on SRGMP - woohoo!!!
