I'm curious to know about language options available in school. You mentioned Hindi, Spanish & French offered for 2nd language. What is the 1st language? Do they get a choice to pick that as well?

No... English as the first language which is compulsory...... But yaa English literature is optional only if they want they can select...If not they need to select the other option against English literature.
