Thank you sooooo much for opening this topic babes, i totally agree with you on this and infact i was thinking the same exact thing. I don't know why people always blame the girls when the boys are equally at fault. Till today some people still find men superior to women and i will never understand why the girls always have to suffer and why the boys always get away with everything.

Well obviously its the guys fault too but any girl that gets into a situation where she had a one night stand and then got dumped or got pregnant before marriage, in my opinion, should have known better.

There is something called izzat and honour, you know.
When people have no shame they become shameless and do stupid and demeaning things.
And wearing short skirts isnt exactly upholding your izzat now is it?

= I honestly don't see anything wrong with wearing short skirts, I would say its Dia's popular arrogant, attitude that has led to this rather than blame her clothing

i wear mini skirts all the time- yet i try to remain good😳 (sorry 4 sounding big-headed/arrogant 😆)...does that mean that I'm shameless or not maintaining my reputation- jst coz of my clothes?

Izzat and Honour comes from modesty and chastity and righteousness. Unfortunately in todays world everyone just wants to be "modern" and have forgotten those values which give us that honour.
=Not necessarily sweets...one can be popular and still be clean at heart...u don't have to be in the inside as what u are on the outside!

also doesn't RV have a record of flirting around with girls? isn't HIS izzat at stake? also most of the time...he wears vests! he ALSO wears short clothes too!
so shudn't he ALSO be blamed?

No offence to anyone this is just my opinion.
=none taken😳

thanks you. ....I'm usually the one who realises this sort of thing and can't believe i've missed such an important issue shown in MJHT
No probs Kanz, four pairs of eyes better than one na?
...ur point is completely valid👏👏👏Thanks again.

- why is it always the girls who get blamed?- why do people point their fingers at girls only? don't boys also have a reputation to take care of?😡Exactly, its completely ridiculous, i cant believe we live in a society where this kind of discrimination goes on, and to think people say the society has changed, LMAO apart from letting girls out the house, i dont see much change. 😕 Have i missed something?

plain discrimination

Ranvijay shud be the one crying! and being teased at!😡Exactly, why is Dia going through this, and how can people just ignore these things? If Dia had a "one night stand" with Rv, so did he, with her, but NOBODY even brought that up, is that all a girl a girls reputation is in front of everyone.
No boday even had second doubts like "how could Dia do this?" They all believed Rv who theyve known for a few months instead of Dia who has been there classmate from who knows.
It disgusts me yaar.

@Naima= u honestly have no idea how happy i was to see this post!- i thought i was the only feminist around here😆

...I agree societies changed!..and they've still shown THIS on TV...people need to step into the 21st century and quit discriminating against women..even on tiny (or so it seems) issues like these

Kanya, dont worry im sure youre not the only one here, theres probably many more. 😆
Societies changed?! 😲 When, how? Coz i dont see any change apart from girls being given a bit more freedom out the house, other than that its all the same. 😕
I knoe TV shows really need to syop doing this and even if they do show it, they should influence girls who ahve been through all this to stand up and hold your head high, which im hoping well see in Mjht on monday when Dia slaps Rv. Every girl should pluck up the courage and do that.
And tehse issues are not small, discrimination happens everywhere.
is sexism is a tiny issue, then so is racism and all the others.
