Masala mori???

Dear Bengali members,

hey Masla muri also called jhal muri in bengali. iys a street food & vary yummy.it is a mixture of certain vegetables & spices with puffed rice. The ingredients are very simple:

puffed rice
chana chur(sorry i dun know the english)
raw peanuts(soaked in water)
lemon
onion chopped
tomato chopped
green chilli chopped
coriander powder
fried cumin powder
salt 😆
Mustard oil
pickle's oil.
boiled & chopped potato
chopped coriander leaves.

Just mix all the ingredients with puffed rice & serve as soon as it prepared. otherwise puffed rice will lose its crispness.
